[protected] is not delivered its returned without any update...and no one is responding on given numbers.

I sent a courier before 6 days still not yet sent to the receiver site

The item has not yet delivered. It was sent on 4th march. 30 days over.It has returned back to coimbatore sowripalayam. Photo is attached.. I have contacted the contact number they have provided[protected]. He has given another number [protected]. Both numbers are busy from past 45 mins. When my cousin who has send a courier contacted service point they are asking for Rs 5 that should be done through online mode not offline mode. Why we need to pay extra even if we have paid the courier amount. Please give back the item to us. And kindly do the needful.

The courier was sent on 9th March 2023. Still it has not delivered. Today date is April 5th 2023. Origin place of this courier service is coimbatore. And it was supposed to delivered to Karnataka. But it is not yet provided. If this not delivered means it should be send back to the origin place right since it has nearly crossing 30 days. I have tracked this courier and it is showing that it has send back to sowripalayam with contact number...

29/03/2023 on date one courier booking for Cuddalore to Chennai (sholinganallur), but courier not received for this time and sholinganallur brach french courier no response and avoid for my call, , so pls complaint registere this complaint, give to my courier, , thank-you

This Guru from Coimbatore, Two days before my friend was send some courier to me in Dharmapuri district, Through franch express Courier sevice pvt ltd. But still im not received that, I asked soo many times to head office and local office in Coimbatore, No proper response for that, they are telling like today evening u may receive, tomorrow evening u may receive, im totally disappointed with their answers, please do something

Parcel was dispatched on Feb 2 2023 to Kadapa from chennai still customer dint get the parcel yet..
Tracking shows last date 3rd Feb. Even phone no in tracking is not reachable..

Your delivery person Sadashiva KS behaviour was not polity with the customer. His behaviour and way of talking was harsh with the customer. Which is not good

Sent courier to Salem from Chennai. It reached Salem but was not delivered by the delivery man for the past 3 days.

Worst service. Request not to use this courier service. You cannot send the item in time.

Tracking my parcel from Delhi to Bangalore and its shows out for delivery but the delivery boy shows irresponsible behavior by not delivering on time and not picking the phone also right from two days...

Hi, This is Prasanna, actually iam the receiver, I about to receive parcel from franch express courier on[protected], ( my consignment number: [protected]) which send from a place Thanjavur to Chennai on[protected], but i didn't receive on[protected], due to their carelessness I couldn't receive the parcel on 17-08-22, On[protected], I was calling to the customer care to know about my parcel, they shared the mobile number ([protected]) of Mr. Ramesh who is the manager in Franch express in my locality, so I contacted him, he took the call and asked about my parcel, he asked me to hold for sometime, then he made conference call to that delivery guy, I asked them why i didn't get my parcel on[protected], they carelessly told by mistake it might misroute to some other place still now i didn't get the load once I get I deliver to your place like that he told, I just requested them that I will be available until 12:30pm so if possible deliver before 12:30pm or pls deliver after 4pm like that I asked, for that the delivery guy was telling that he can't do like he told that he will come on his time, if you are available at that time just come and collect that parcel from my home like that I told, even I had argument with them, the behaviour of both manager and delivery was very worst, they are asking about my person details like don't you have any family members don't they collect from us, whether you are the one in your home like that unnecessary questions have been asked by them, (that delivery guy number: +[protected], finally I received because of sender is a Inspector of police so he shouted them then they delivered within 15 min to my place even while deliver the delivery starting the issue from scratch and shouting at me in public, yeah I agree iam also shouted at him for not doing his job properly

I've booked a courier to Chennai on 11 Aug'22 & till now ( almost a week) it is not delivered.
Right from Bangalore, Kaggadasura- Franch express agent, B'lore hub to Chennai Delivery hub . I am chasing daily many times . Logged complaint with customer care, no use. They are very irresponsible. Waste of Money & effort

Such a bad service & experience,
This is 2nd time facing this issue. In May, a courier which was booked on 17th was delivered on 27th after so many followups.

Note:
Courier service is opted for speedy delivery. If we need to chase & even then no progress. it is a total waste.
