Franchise India — fraudulent/wrong information provided to convince investors to register with them

The company deals in making company meet their potential investor who is ready to open the company's franchise.To give this service they charge Customer a registration fee 36k aprx and if the deal happens then a success money % on the total deal value
The company to earn the registration money misinformed the deal details to me and post registration the company told different t&c which was not as per the details shared.we requested for refund of registration fees and the company is just making us going round to different hireachy...highly dissappointed and need help
