how does this refund effect the zee learn(big corporate)?
Why it is not shared with us before the payment made.
Because we have not started a preschool So there is no physical investment from Zeelearn specifically for us. there will no loss to Zeelearn.

I must say that what i earned here is excellent professional experience, handsome compensation and experienced a great work culture unlike anywhere else. I worked for the Franchise India - MIDC, Andheri East office in Mumbai. Since I left the company, they have not responded to my emails or phone calls regarding the full and final payout. They have assigned October 20, 2022, as the date for the ultimate settlement, but no one is replying.

This business is owned by Gaurav Marya. Similar complaints have been lodged against him and the company.

I have paid for 6 months an amount for 3012. The brands in the website are having wrong contact details.
Chasing the Franchise India team for a month and they are not responding on Wats app, Facebook, Instagram, twitter or even LinkedIn.
I have also dropped them email but no response.
It is a mental harassment, calling them 1000 times every day but no one is picking the phone.

It's not just 3K amount but I should be refunded with much more because of this harassment.

I as a franchisee paid advance of Rs 10000 to franchiser What a sandwich for starting it's franchisee but after analysing I found it's not going to work in the approved area and requested them for a refund. They are now mentioning new policy which was never agreed upon that amount will not be refunded if reports of swiggy and Zomato comes positive.
Request the team to look into this urgently. Proofs can be presented upon request.

I have spent approx. 45 days job in this company as Online Marketing Manager with very bad experience in my job carrier. First Inhone mujhse Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager accounts setup karvaya and campaigns bhi run karvaye. But after completed the setup and getting the marketing presentation, this company and (reporting person SATYAM GARG(https://www.actioncoachindia.in/) fired me on the spot without any reason. Many days after begging with HR send me fnf statement of 13935/- in mail. I was to shock after see this amount because my salary was 48000 per month and working days were 22 days. But they send me fnf statement of 13935/-. After again begging from HR they settled the amount with 23, 226 rupees and also HR says to me as per Satyam and Durgesh Discussed “Yahi Banta hein Lena Hein toh Lo Nahi toh Voh Bhi Nahi Milega”. But As per my calculation 48000 divide by 22 days =34065 nearby amount was right amount for my working hours as per my attendance or working hours. Then i thought JO MIL RAHA HEIN WAHI LE LU” then I accept and sign it fnf statement and send to HR department with my signature and they were saying to me you will received CHEQUE ON 15 MARCH 2022 AS PER COMPANY RULES and also add one more line “Do not call me again and again DIRECT 15 MARCH KO AANA AUR CHEQUE LE JANA, CHOTA SA AMOUNT HEIN, But on 15 march after reached this company and they refused to give me check and says “BAAD MEIN ANA, CALL KARKE AANA, 22 MARCH KO CALL KARKE AANA.” Then I called MR. GAURAV MARYA, CEO, he was roudely saying to me I am not gaurav marya.

I had taken franchisee on Feb 21 for Hyderabad from miss. Manasi Sharma, while taking franchisee I had clearly told her that I will start my franchisee from 1st June 2021. She entertained me very nicely before depositing the franchisee cost and once the payment was done, she was not answering my calls nor messages too. If I see their website, emails and mobile numbers are not in use. I have paid them INR 40000 including GST and I have signed an agreement with me and email confirmation from them. I spoke with their legal advocate also and he told me it is a scam and attracting innocents to recruit in India.

Also, I demand the contact number of the head of the company (Mr. Vivek Singh) but nobody was ready to share his number. For advertising also the same thing happened, Mr. Akash Singh said to start my advertisement, I have to pay full franchisee charges, that also I had paid immediately. After paying all my fees, I asked him to share my advertising link or photos, but even after 15days, there was no reply from him!

Please do needful and take legal action on this scam to recover our hard earn money - Save India from scammers. people are trying to live with honour to do something best in their life.

Franchise India a is fraudulent company. They just collect money and forget about the customer. In 2013 they collected 2.5Laksh from me and they never bothered to return my call or return money. All I received is excel format for my property.
!!! Warning : Stay Away. Don’t pay your hard earned money to them. Be aware they have many names. Goal is same. Just scam customer.
I've proof of payment. I challenge them to show proof of their service (except false promises).

I am writing about a large company called Franchise India, We had paid a large amount for consulting activity however they did not provide the services. When asked about why they did not provide the services they have since vanished and the managing director Mr. Gaurav Marya. We have been trying for close to two years to either have the contract actioned or the money refunded and they have not done anything in relation to the contract. The money is gone too. We are a start up company from Hyderabad.

Pil4u.in is a web and mobile app and we are trying to launch pan india.

We needed seed funding and were promised by franchise india holdings limited that:

1) Financial projections for next 3 years.
2) finding seed investor and support to finding process.
3) display of our Business model on franchise india investors forum.

We took the package of platinum package with franchise india and dint get any of the 3 points mentioned above from franchise team.

We asked for refund of our amount and yet there is no response..

This is clear cheating of small and medium companies showing the investment hand as a desire to start ups.

Please take proper action against this company..

We will launch a court case if no action is taken, as these kind of companies degrade the startup entreprenure and results I much loss to the country and its economy.

I was searching for distributorship of e commerce products over internet, when i came through the franchise india then i took plan for the more information of brands as initially there were not visibility of complete information.

So i took silver plan approx 2000 rs. Then i again come on franchise india website, and again searched for complete contact information but no correct information has been mentioned by farnchiseindia.com, although i contact to assistant manager of my account but till that time she stop taking by calls.

So guys please don't spend your valuable money on this website.
