Hi All, I became a customer of Franchise India a year ago and can confidently say that it is truly a FRAUDULENT company. I have a property in Rajasthan and they promised me that they will lease it out to some big shot brand within no time. Convinced by their big promises, I made an advance payment of 60,000 rupees. It has been a year now and I still havent gotten a SINGLE SITE VISIT from them. I have repeatedly contacted Mr. Gaurav Marya to reimburse my payment as clearly nothing was done for me. He kept giving assurance initially and now simply ignores all my phone calls. Similar goes with his staff Mr. Anis who talk as if they have a pole up their... I am ashamed to admit that I fell trap to such FRAUDSTERS. But hoping this message would reach far and wide so all investors can beware of their ill agendas. And if this message somehow reaches the promoters, remember..you can never ever prosper with STOLEN MONEY. I am also victim of franchise india. May we file case against them collectively?
Even I have registered in franshise india a 2 months back and havent received a single relevant business deals from the. I want my money back . Do they really refund the registered money? Ig yes wats the procedure

from franchise India, and we discussed so many proposal regarding BPO,
We discussed about Vodafone customer care, yatra inbound, make my trip
inbound, TATA Consultancy and some International Proposal, He said he
has all these above project which he gonna share with me after
registration fee of 20, 000INR plus taxes, Before payment i asked him to
share some proposal with me he said he gonna do after payment, I
transferred payment online throw my card same day, after payment Amit
said Chandigarh office will contact me with detail, But i dint receive
any BPO proposal from Chandigarh office after couple of months i
received VIA.COM franchise
proposal and for that they asked 80, 000inr fee but that was to much for
me for travel franchise b/c i were looking BPO project not travel one so
on end they ready to gv me VIA.Com on end they ready to go with
30, 000INR, after that i asked franchise documentation from them but they
said they need 30, 000INR check for there consultancy fee and 20, 000
check for travel company before send me agreement, so they got there
check from me, after that i i was waiting for agreement from travel
company but i never got that agreement, after couple of days i received
call from CHD office and they said my 30k check got declined due to
correction on cheque and they need another check from my end, then i got
angry, and i was afraid how they can submit consultancy check without
signed an agreement until finish the deal, then they said they will
not send me agreement until i give them another check, wowwww after
couple of days i received call directly from travel company and they
said i applied for AGENCY, I shocked, and told them noo i didnt apply
for AGENCY, I applied for franchise of there company and they denied
and explained that they dont provide franchise and i told i given money
to franchise india( which is middle company between us )for your
companies franchise, and then they said they dont know any franchise
india and they dont hv any concern with franchise India, after that
next day i reached at CHD office and they said concern person has been
fired and they r aware about fraud which they committed and they
apologize for that and now they given my documents back, from that day i
sent many emails to franchise india and spoke to Amit for my refund
which they took in advance for BPO Project, but they were going around
and around, after couple of weeks Amit turned of his cell, then i spoke
to there senior guy Mohit Nagpal (Delhi Office ) [protected]
he were already aware about that fraud and i asked where is Amit he
said he left the job, and then i asked for my refund, He said he will
not refund my payment and after long discussion i asked him . why you
guy's doing fraud with people he said they dont, then i said how
about me .. he said noooo they didnt do any fraud with me ... OH
common they did clear fraud with me twice, first Amit which took 20k
plus tax for nothing, second chandigarh office which were trying to get
money on false statement, but he didnt accept on end he said they have
not done any fraud with me and i will not get my money back and i can
do what ever i can do, I am normal person i cant do anything they
having big company but i want you guy's to aware from those fake
companies dont trust them and dont gv them any money, if you still like
to work with them then dont give them any advance.. SO GUY'S BE AWARE

It is the biggest fraud company I had seen so far, that Gaurav Marya never respect any employee and treat everybody as slaves, and peeps in the pantry and argue with employees, and never pays salaries on time and squeeze blood of every employee, they always cheat with the customers as well by collecting huge amounts and no good service is given and when they call these people avoid by saying they are in meeting or out of station, etc. I request every body not to get employed with franchise india company nor deal any business with him.UNSATISFIED EMPLOYEE

I have been working with Franchise India since 3 years, I resigned the company once & was retained again. There were lot of complaints when I joined but but but Franchise India stood up strong & fired lot o[censored]nethical people from the organisation.In last financial year[protected] the company grew with more than 230% & clients have also written lot of appreciation mails when we have asked them to. Now we have also stopped acquiring brands which are not meant for franchise.Trust me the Company has lots & lots to offer you if you truly are willing to work positively & take things positively. The company now has 90-95% market share in this particular Industry & now is doing best to turn around things. About Mr.Gaurav Marya, He works 18 hours a day to make the vision successful, Don't forget lot of our India brands have become global only because of this concept.
I know some of you people are irate & lots of our clients are happy too. I request you all to write franchise india over email & they will surely get back to you. If Franchise India was bad then we would not exist or survive more than 2-3 years, now its been 16 years of existance. Wake up people & stop hating an India company which is making a huge effort to go Global in the best way.
Trust me the company has lots to offer you.

But we never want advertising service from Franchise India and when we ask them to refund, Franchise India said it will take 15 days to refund and we will do. We keep following with them over emails and calls in vein. Slowly everyone from stopped picking our calls (Ashutosh- sales, Mayank- sales, Sanjay Vats - sales, Brototi - Francorp, Mohit - Accounting, Durgesh - Accounting and Gaurav Marya- Owner).
I made many hundred calls to all of them but none responded any one of my calls and sms. It happened more than 100 times with us. When I started calling Landline numbers they informed us that they are in meetings.
Now, after 7 months are gone, they are not replying our calls, mails, sms and they are not returning our money. They are absolutely fraud company and they take the money and will run away.
Please do not fall in the trap of Franchise India sales team and do not waste your money and time at all with Franchise India. On this forum, I want to request to the concerned authorities to look into this issue and take appropriate action.
