It's been 2 years since i started working for franchise india. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. Recently, i have been hearing franchise india event complaint comments. They are nothing but some baseless lies. Both our clients and employees share an excellent relationship. The company is the best franchising business in the country and can organize an event every year. Beware of fake statements about franchise india.

I am a part of franchise india holdings for the last 2 years as a fulltime employee! I completely against the people spreading rumors about franchise india rip-off. I must say that what i earned here is excellent professional experience, handsome compensation and experienced a great work culture unlike anywhere else. I am sorry to say that i didn't find any flaws in the company....

I have been working for franchise India since 15 years. In my experience, freshmen today is keener on complaining than working hard. They crib about long working hours but the truth is they actually waste all their daytime in meaningless things. As a hostile act they fire franchise India complaints rather than to manage their time well, and that’s sad.

Despite several email calls and a visit they have a deaf ear

Hi there at franchiseindia,

I couldn't get any grievance email address so i am sending my concern to this and hope it will be addressed before taking other steps.

Last 6 months, i have been in trap and rs 15000 has been tricked from me by your employees. Listing the sequence as below.

1. I registered and paid rs. 3000 to attend the expo at ibis hotel, delhi.
2.in the show, 2 of your employees mr. Saurabh vig and mr. Manish kumar discussed with me
3. I was interested for franchises, go-downs options very specifically for my location at gaya, bihar. I categorically told them that i have an space of approx 6000 sq. Fit and i want a related business where i can utilize this space and no retail restaurents etc
4. Mr. Manish who was acting like a junior to mr, saurabh told me that they have a specific team in bihar and they will send the members to the location and then will suggest me opportunities.
5. I paid rs. 15000 to m. Saurabh vig but he didn't provide any receipt.
6. I waited almost 1 week but there was no respense from mr. Saurabh. It took him almost 2 week and by my pursuant to acknowledge me the receipt.
7. A month gone and no response
8. Called mr. Saurabh and he just referenced another lady which will suggest me.
9. After 10 days, she suggested to open a restaurant there. I aked whether they have my requirements, there was nothing.
10. Another 15 days gone by, i called mr. Saurabh again and now he introduced mr. Manish as his senior now.
11.in this all the period i had the feeling that they have nothing to offer so i asking them to refund but they casually delaying.
12. Almost after 3 months they assigned mr. Chandan and misses divyajyoti who will respond to me.
13. Mr. Chandan came with a proposal for induspride mineral water, i agreed to talk but after a week they told that they are not interested to expand in there. Whay they wasted my time
14. Again i keep on requesting mr. Saurabh and mr. Manish to refund but now since last 2 monts they have almost stopped responding

Since joining, i found management and team working profusely in building the brand and is quite successful. For every query put forward, they had a professional approach making it worth to associate with. Franchise india is a fraud company. I was duped of rs.22000/-

I paid amount rs.22000/- to franchise india, bhubaneswar (Jiten behera) on 19/08/2017 for the franchise of educational org.

After lot of follow up they sent me payment receipt and clearly mentioned that amount is non-refundable.

They stopped responding me and the last mail i received from parthajit mukherjee, kolkata division | asst. General manager-franchise india brands limited was "apart the brands which you wanted are not willing to expand in odisha or your profile dosent suits them, you need to understand that one needs to be an astronaut to reach the moon"

They have nothing to offer.

If you are searching for a job and you want to spend sometime working, franchise India is the best place for you. Here 365 days hiring happens. So do not worry. As people here come and go. I joined this organisation's marketing department when i lost my job due to demonetisation. I saw all those posts before joining. And i was very much sure that i can loose my job at any moment. So i started searching another job from the day one. I tool hike from here and joined somewhere else at greater salary. Well that what i have done.
I[censored] ask about this company, i would say that whatever people have written bad about this organisation is a truth and nothing else. They are the cheaters. I heard a lot of name so called word marketing driven company. I just would say something which very important. They do not do anything in marketing. Yes they overly charge from the brands in account of marketing but they just do bulk sms blast of quanitity of 30000 SMSs. Which cost them approx 3000 rs. As per sms cost is rs 1 paisa per sms. They have done barter deal with times of india and they have given their equity to them and they pay them 65:35 barter ratio. It says if ad costs approx 1 lac then they would pay only 35k and rest amount will be adjusted in the barter deal. In that ad they take 40 to 50 brands. And they charge from each brand by saying that ur ad will come in TOI. Now the catch here is that they make huge money from their cheat mind in name of marketing. Just imagine if they charge one lac from one brand how much they get from all. Their investment on ad is just a peanut in comparison of their earning. They book the venues where they do events in Rs 20 to 30k. And they charge entry fee of rs 500 from every visitor from where they recover venue booking cost and most of the time they earn from that too. They fire people without giving any notice. Gaurav Marya is a big time chor. Thug lutera. MD sonya chaudhary she is another mahila chor. They do not respect their employees. In fect they do not have pantry inside. So u have to eat ur lunch on open roof. They serve poor quality tea. Jisme paani mila hota hai. Office infrastructure is nothing. Infect they do not have basic asset like laptop or desktop to offer their employees. People bring their own laptops for official work. Trust me everything is truth and nothing else. Ye kai lagi bottles me paani dete hai. Chai ke glass tute hue hai. Okhla ki sadi si building me inka office hai. Full of negativity. They just make fool. Superbchor...gaurav marya is natwarlal. Durgesh accounts head is a bloody uneducated chor..::all frauds...They fire people on whatsapp.

I was offered franchise of a lubricant company and was asked to pay regeneration fee but i contacted the lubricant company myself they responded very well and said Franchiseindia.com has no contact with us at all. They were very clear that this company is nothing but fraud.
if they offer you any franchise plz do contact that company yourself before being trapped

Franchise India is one of the most pathetic company I have ever worked with. They hire stable talented people just to make their professional career unstable. They give a damn about employee satisfaction. Gaurav Marya, who started this business at the age of 16-17, I do not think he knows even the basic of employee satisfaction. Sachin Marya is another idiot working leading one of the many brands of Franchise India. They cheat their client as well as the employees they hire. Do not destroy your career by joining Franchise India. They don't deserve to even run a Tea Shop, but God's grace is letting these cheats runs their business successfully.

I was working in franchise india as manager for a year almost, i had submitted my resignation later.

But still after 12 months no action have been taken for full final settlement & experience letter is also not provided.

Even after multiple remainder.

This is a fraud company which does not care about the employees.

This is one of the worst process oriented company i have ever worked.

Salary Issue
It is the biggest fraud company I had seen so far, that Gaurav Marya big never respect any employee and treat everybody as slaves, and peeps in the pantry and argue with employees, and never pays salaries on time and squeeze blood of every employee, my final settlement was never paid so far. They always cheat with the customers as well by collecting huge amounts and no good service is given and when they call these people avoid by saying they are in meeting or out of station, etc. I request every body not to get employed with franchise india company nor deal any business with him. UNSATISFIED EMPLOYEE

Frenchise india is bekar company which not resolve the little complain so how he solve the business problem only cheating not giving the answer of mail and mobile. ekdam bekar staff chhe. frenchise subscribe no.+91 [protected] i subscribe frenchise world magazine sep-15, but no magazine received till today.

I have paid a money in advance for subscription of franchise world magazine for yearly. They have said me that magazine will issue from oct-2015. But i have not received any magazine till today. I have registered the complain and call on given mobile no and email address. They giving me reply that wrong address was written by their employs. Then further i send my address. But they didn't correct it. Now they are not receive my call and not giving of answer of my email address. I think that franchise india have cheated me i lost my money and i also loose the faith from this company.

Ask u to pay money as registration fee or service fee etc.

After taking money will not do any work

Don't pay ur hard earned money because they don't have anythin to offer.

Franchise India is a complete fraud, they asked me for Rs.20000 registration fee + ST. and showed us rosy picture of having lot of brands n all n we will let out your property n all once u pay us the registration fee. i paid n after that Franchise India went to sleep.. rather i would say Hibernation. please do not pay even a single penny to them. they are a big scam. will not do anything for u n also will not pay u the money back.. trust me don't make any payments to them. they are looting people of delhi n india.. i request people on this forum to unite n make a group n will fight to get our hard earned money back.

We have given our office on Rent to Franchisee India limited on three year lease and three year lock in period . As per lease agreement rent is to be paid by 7th of every month . Company is not paying full rent & in time from last one year . Last two month rent has become due. Despite various communication through E mail and calls there is no response from company. Mail has been written to even their directors but they are not reposnding

I have approached franchisee india for securing loan of 15 lakhs, based on the interaction with Mr. Robit Gupta i had submitted all the documents while orally he has agreed to refund in case the loan doesn't get sanctioned, since franchisee india is a reputed firm i was sure that they will follow whatever they said. I have paid them Rs.15000/- which was supposed to be refunded, now they are denying that they will not refund the money,...
