Iam Jancy Thomas from Thrissur. In 2013 August i have remitted an amount of RS 20000 to the polinsys agency for processing QUEBEC IMMIGRATION.I have been received so many phone calls and follow up mails to pay this advance amount and finally i paid. After paiment they do not have any interest.I have submitted all the documents and including origenal document of my IELTS.After many months they have informed, you need French language certificate....

We were called for the seminar. Even after registration, i was not give the entry in the seminar. Like me, there were around 15 people who were sent back.
1. Only people who had paid 900 for the seat were allowed inside whereas it was clearly mentioned that even if the seats are not available, we will be given the entry.
2. Only 30 seats were there and all were paid seats. The registration taken was more than 60 to 70 as per my understanding because lot of people came and went back as all were told that we will be allowed inside to attend the workshop.
3. There was noone who we could talk to. After talking to the receptionist, we were told that they dont have anyone who can assist on this nor can we give you any phone number. We were very simply and very rudly asked to go back.
4. The seminar timing ws 1pm to 3pm but to my surprise it was started at 12.30pm because all the paid seats participants had already occupied their seats.
5. I tried to call up their representative mr. Alwyn who had registered my name but nobody responded back to the calls for the whole day.
6. Now the best part. Im getting a call on my number on the next day asking if i want to take the service of this company by paying a huge fees and when i told them about what happened yesterday, they abruptly and very rudly disconnected the call on my face. I called them three times and all the three times, they disconnected my call. Mr. Alwyn totally disappered who was coordinating almost on everyday basis. I have the recording of all the calls on what response i got from them n how they behaved misappropriately.
7. Some were given wrong address of regus. They went there and came back to find the right venue.
This organisation is totally crap and unprofessional. Beware. Save your time and money.

I went to polinsys for immigration/study options...study was my first choice..but..polinsys kochi..client consultant lisme emmanuel and boni manuel brain washed me and dragged me into thier nets..Now...I lost me family..I lost me life..and i don't know what to do..every word they said in the beginning..they contradicted in the further process.. and says, they haven't said such things...I don't know much about consumer laws and immigration laws...please help me int this matter...
