Hi my name is ashish and pnr is s97sqj. My flight was cancelled by go air on 14 june 2020 but they don't respond and not picking calls. There customer service is worst. I want my full refund from go air. Please resolve my refund issue asap.

I had Go AIR connecting flight from Pune to Lucknow via Delhi on 8th June, 20 on same PNR as I booked from Pune to Lucknow but my connecting flight got cancelled from Delhi so I don't know if my full flight is cancelled or not.. Ideally if airlines can't arrange a flight they should reachedule.I have been trying to contact customer care through call & emails since 5th June but no luck.Neither I was able to reschedule by myself before departure of my flight nor post that..Even I received the on boarding sms from Pune but there was no point in travelling as there was no onward flight...On 5th I was lucky to connect customer care for a min and she said full flight is cancelled in these cases as there is no Go Air flight to accoomodate me from Delhi and she kep phone on hold for hour without supporting and same thing happened yesterday .Dropped so many emails, calls, Tweets but no reply and full harassment...I am severely depressed as my money seems lost due to lack of Go Air support.. Attaching Portal snapshot where I was unable to reschedule flight as it was greyed out and error while rescheduling post take off, Customer care phone logs who kept me on hold for an hour and didn't respond, cancellation email received

Very frustrated mr pulkit [protected]. I was one of the employee in go ads india pvt. Ltd, and they are in the habit of keeping their employees salary, at the time of interview they behave very professional and gentle even they do not know the meaning of a single word in professional, and the directors of this company, mr. Jitendra, mr. Naresh (Technical head), mrs. Kalpana (Hr head) i have no words for them, they are the most unprofessional and uneducated peoples ever i met in my life, they are running a company and always talk about corporate life even they do not have sense how to talk with employees. Mr. Pulkit (Manager) : what i can say about this man, totally ill-mannered, uneducated and mentaliy ill person he is, he suppose to be the manager in company but he do not worthy to be a peon. I am dead sure after working with them you need a psychiatrist. So last but not least, do not ever think of working with this company.

Being a part of GoAds India Pvt. Ltd. since last 6months, I must say that this company or even none of the organisation and it’s environment is bad as it totally depends upon every individually employee, how he is taking things at his workplace.
As Company is one of the certified channel partner of Google, thereby it’s management is quite professional in terms of everything be it company’s policies, rules and regulations or behaviour towards their employees.
At the end, I can only say that they never used to hold or delay any “xyz” employees salary. HR of this company is entirely responsible to disburse her employees salary of PAN India branches on time or sometime even before that.
“Management believes that the company will grow automatically if their employee grows in a fasten pace with time”

As we know there is no past employee in our company with name Aric Cartar. You are trying to create negative sense for our company.

Requesting you to share copy of reliving letter, company exit form etc. If you left the company with proper manner including notice period according to company policy. If all the thing correct from your side we will giving assurance it will be resolved else will be take legal action for creating negative sense or trying to damage company brand.

I have joined this company on 5th January 2014, as tce At the time of joining there was no such discussion nor any written documentation that if we fail in achieving our targets then the salary will not be released. But at the time of releasing the salary they stucked that you have not completed your targets then we cannot release your salary. After the complaints mentioned in this section, I am cursing myself for not trying to check the credentials with this company. Go Ads India and its people have no clue about Google Adwords. They could not even run our Ads and now say that they don't have a refund policy. Pulkit Mehra, Jitendra Gorana and Naresh are just a few of the people that I have encountered. Please be AWARE of this Company - Go Ads India. They deliver nothing and don't refund. They only blame Google. I will now approach Google and ask them to check why Go Ads is dragging their name. This is my experience as a Director with Travel Unravel Holidays Private Limited.

I have joined this company on 10th June 2014,
At the time of joining there was no such discussion nor any written documentation that if we fail in achieving our targets then the salary will not be released.
But at the time of releasing the salary they stucked that you have not completed your targets then we cannot release your salary.
Till date we have invested our expenses from our pockets that includes petrol expenses as we have to meet various clients on field, plus mobile expenses.
The company is not ready to pay that amount also to us.
Apart from Letter of Intent till date the company has not given appointment letter also, on asking to the HR department we only got answers that it will be delivered or will be mailed to you in 2 working days but not received till date

Kindly look into the case & do some help to us

still the company is playing game with us, now they are not ready to deposit the expenses in our account after getting all the things as per the mail That I have posted above which I got from the company.

All the people who are thinking or planning to join this compare BEWARE.
Company takers in confident before joining but after taking work from the employees, their policy is very different. They do not think of providing salary to the employees.

You can check various complaint online while doing google search for their services as well as many of the superior employees who are working & taking care & heading this company.

I am a live victim of the above matter that has happened with my team.

we worked for almost 2 months, tried to generate good revenue but till date we are fighting for our salaary.

Kindly take my message seriously before joining this company. For evidence i have attached a snapshot of the revert that I got from my immediate manager of the sales that we did in our tenure, but they are replying that we did not worked for anything.

after making all the things in favour of the companny the company is still playing game with us & denying to release the salary/expenses

I have marked resolved the complaint & have done all the things which they want from us but still till date we do not get anything.

according to them we did not do anything for the company, as a proof I am attaching a snapshot of the revert from my immediate manager what we did for the company.

kindly beware of this company do not join I am a live victim of the fraud that has happenned with me

This is to bring to your notice your territory manager Pulkit Mehra who came for the business preposition to me and suggested his preposition to me when I called on of my friend who has taken ad word product from him suggested not to go as what Pulkit commites never delivers. When I talked to him he was very abusive and egoistic on phone and started using abusing words when I contacted their Ahmedabab office Manager Jitendra Gorana was showing all his arogence.

When I started taking feedback from my Delhi friends they clearly told me they have been seriously cheated by this guy.

As far as this company is concern nobody is knowing the directors of this company there are only 3 people.
1. Kalpana Mishra
2. Jitndra Gorana
3. Pulkit Mehra

I want the details of company Directors to talk regarding misbehaviour of above persons.

I would like to request to people not to deal with this organisation and the people mention above in market.

Mr Nainesh, I belong to the same industry and I am well aware of your track record. You have worked with almost all the industries in this field like Pensamedia, India Mart & N9media etc... and you have a very bad record of absconding and taking away the assets of the company you had worked with.Talking about target you do not perform at all and then create salary issues your self then blame company for this. You have police record for taking away assets of the company... so it is better to think about yourself rather than commenting about any company you worked with.
You have very bad habit of nagging for salary when you are unable to perform... you have done this with every company. You need to work on yourself for self improvement...

This is the warning From Our Side (Go Ads India Pvt Ltd) that if you have cheated from us than provide us your full detail like your company name, Contact Number, Payment Detail than only we will consider and we will take corrective action otherwise before publishing such fake comments regarding to any company think twice and this is serious offense and for that we will file a legal complaint of "Maan Haani" against you. Other Wise you have to prove that you dumped by us.

ADS INDIA (GO ADS INDIA)one of the fraud company, fraud director.fraud employes. I am customer with ADS INDIA.. They have duped me for Rs 16000. They assured me a domain name and a website, but later they changed the website name at their will. I came to know only after I saw it online. They asked me to adjust with the changed name. I have suffered great loss because my bill book, promotion, brochures and visiting cards were all in the name I paid for.came to my office in 2013 and said we will run Adwords with starting package of 25k and said your add will run for year ...he even not told about PPC.and didnt showm my add even one time. I have never come across such an irresponsible company before.

ADS INDIA is a fraud company selling google adword in market. they are taking money from the clients and nt give them full balance. they are giving hand made pdf report. And they said that this report was fetched by google. OMG wht kind of fake thing they are talking for money. as per thir information they ar the only one who serve google adwords in propoer manner. Wht kind of lie is that. When ad wasn't comes on first page they said your balance is over, so u have to recharge again...and they always give excises about browser, cookies, history n all..
