Franchise India Holdings — Consulting service

I am writing about a large company called Franchise India, We had paid a large amount for consulting activity however they did not provide the services. When asked about why they did not provide the services they have since vanished and the managing director Mr. Gaurav Marya. We have been trying for close to two years to either have the contract actioned or the money refunded and they have not done anything in relation to the contract. The money is gone too. We took a loan to pay them. Please help us get a refund.
