Dear Madam/Sir,
I am buying medicine at frank Ross regent park branch. The total amount is 224 rupees. When I give old 500 rupees note to them, they just refuse to take it and told me that we are not taking old 500 notes. After that I request him and told about government notice. Then they misbehave with me and told me to give the Xerox copy of all your I'd plus address proof and wait for at least 1 hour, then they think about it.
