    The person who picks the call to register the order for online delivery is extremely rude and unprofessional and cuts the call every time we ask anything important

      Hi,

      I had been a customer of Frank Ross for long now. The outlet at City centre 2, Kolkata, Newtown is where I visit. The staff there is not at all customer friendly. Not even a single one, mainly a fair looking healthy guy. This guy carries a different attitude everytime and never attends customers property. He will always be busy with his phone or computer. The staffs doesn't look at the customer, asking for anything is out of scope. They always keep taking among themselves and you have to literally plead for medicines. Finally after checking the stock they will say 'unavailable' 70% of the time. They do not have the basic meds like Honitus or paracetamol. I have to visit this outlet because its closer to my home, though I try to avoid it as much as possible. All my neighbours and friends have already boycotted this store. Please take appropriate action against this people. They don't care at all.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            This morning( 26th September, 2021), a staff from the Frank Ross branch, Ho Chi Min Sarani, Shakuntala Park, Kolkata -700061, called me and said that they have delivered me some medicines on 24th August, 2021 and there was some error in the bill. They claimed that they had delivered 30 tablets of one medicine and 40 tablets of another medicine but in the bill, they did some mistake where they charged for 3 tablets of one medicine and 4 tablets of another medicine. So, I have to pay now an amount for 27 tablets of one medicine and 36 tablets of another medicine. They are calling me after 33 days and saying there is a mistake in a bill which is 33 days old!!. What is this???? There is no proof that they have delivered 30 tablets of one medicine and 40 tablets of another medicine. I too didn't see the bill that they gave. I just paid the amount they asked me to pay. I usually order 30 tablets of both the medicines. Few days ago, I ordered 30 tablets of the same medicines and they delivered me 10 tablets of each medicine. What they will claim now? They delivered me 30 tablets of each medicine but by mistake, in the bill they have typed 3 tablets of each medicine???? I'm extremely unsatisfied with the behavior of these extremely unprofessional, insincere staffs of Frank Ross. I have both the bills. If you need, I can show them. The bills that they produce are most of the time not clearly visible due to very low ink they use. We need your attention on all these issues. It's urgent!!!

                    With such good service the company is failing in adapting to the need of the hour. At this pandemic times, it’s absolutely not advisable to indulge in cash or card payment options at the time of home delivery. It’s one of the most basic prevention solutions. This is followed by almost all services big or small.
                    Getting indulge in such mode of payment gives an additional exposure to the delivery boys.They are safe until they simply drop the parcels but in Frank Ross the boys are given full exposure as they have only two mode of payment

                    1. Cash
                    2. Card

                    During the times of digitalisation what makes you not to shift to Paytm/ Gpay/ phone pay/ online payment????


                    Please care for your delivery staffs as they deserve it... even more...

                        Your person has given me mini chek 5% solutions and now saying this medicine you can use as shampoo.

                        After apply on head patient got infection and when i contact to dr. She replied me you have taken a wrong medicine that time i knew you have given me wrong medicine against prescription.

                        Why did you give me wrong medicine against prescription?
                        Who is responsible if something happen with patient?

                          One syrup purchased on 22nd May 2020 from your Beliaghata Branch (Hem Chandra Naskar Road, Kolkata[protected] Trying to returning that product from day one within half an hour from its purchased.

                          But most surprisingly, your staff are not accepting that product raising some unnecessary issues which is not acceptable - I have just come from your shop after getting confirmed over phone by them for returning but still neither they helped me nor giving any alternate solution.

                          You might be ignore my complain, but being a regular customer I expect some action from your end to resolve this issue.

                            The staffs working in sakherbazar branch of frank ross pharmacy are extremely uncouth and they misbehave with customers. They give you soon to be expired medicines despite having current dated medicines. I bought three strips of a medicine today. Two of them are of 2017 which get expired in 2020 and one of them is of 2019 which gets expired in 2022. I asked them to give me the three strips which are of 2019 they said no and even quarrelled with me very badly.

                              I stay near by and purchase medicine as monthly basis from rashbehari store, today around 8 pm i went to purchase my monthly medicine along with to return unused medicine from last month with intact code sticker, but i was amazed by the rudeness of your staff at the billing counter who was not in uniform also.. Asked rudely to come at their convenient time which is difficult in professional life... So i decided not to purchase medicine from your store again
                              We had bought 30 no Roliflo OD-4 from your Durgachak outlet. While returning the same the out let incharge denied to accept the said medicine without bill which was lost by me. I am a retired person and consumed medicine from your outlet @Rd 10000.00 every month. But still this behaviour forced me to rethink about your business.

                                I am dr moumita samanta, associate professor, pediatrics nrs medical college kolkata. I had visited your store namely, the frank ross pharmacy (Nrs) on 6/4/19 at around 9.28 am and had bought 2 packs of fiberlact granules 90gm and 1 strip of c pink total. The bill is attached herewith (Invoice: 1088-1-i[protected]. One of the fiberlact granules bottle did not have any of your store label attached on it and when i reached home i was shocked to see that the seal was already broken and the medicine inside had already changed its colour. I went back to your store on tuesday with all the medicines and bill but i was not given any replacement medicine for the spoilt fiberlact bottle. Instead your store manager said that as there is no label this is not the product of this store. If that is so why was the medicine given to me in the first place for rs 194.00.

                                Being a regular customer of your store iam really shocked how a doctor like me has to undergo such harassment. I urge you to look into this matter urgently and revert back to me at the earliest.

The invoice and package in tact was handed over to counter. They refused to aceede to my request on flimsy ground "beyond 2 months clause which does not exist on inv." both package &inv handed over to counter. Remedy sought for.
                                  I was deliberately supplied bifilac hp in place of bifilac from Frank Ross pharmacy, shyambazar outlet. I expect some serious action by the company against this extreme careless action of their staffs.

                                    But today after reaching your branch at siliguri they are denying saying they give maximum of 10% discount. According to them they have no information regarding this scheme? How can a company change their policy branch to branch? Infact the same branch gave 15% discount last month only on purchase of differents medicines above rs. 2000.00 invoice value.

                                        Several time they had asked the address and gave feedback that the delivery boy is on the way to deliver.
                                        When i take follow up again they told not start till now.
                                        At the end of the day i had not received the products.
                                        If this kind of harrashment customer will get from your stuff this will definitely hamper your goodwill in the market.
                                        The stuff of sakerbazar counter are not ready to listen the address from me.
                                        This kind of service is not acceptable at all.

                                          On 26.10.2017 i had purchased a few medicines from the frank ross outlet at charu market, tollygunge - kolkata of total invoice value of rs 1118/=

                                          3 (Three) strips of one of the medicines remained unused due to curing of the disease (Medicines expiry date being april 2019). On 9th of february 2018, i had approached the counter along with the 3 strips and with the corresponding invoice with request to supply some other medicines of corresponding value. However, my request was turned down very rudely by staffs (And particularly by one of the senior staff) stating that the supply / invoice was more than one month's old. (I normally buy medicines from this charu market outlet as the same is near my residence.)

                                          I had experienced similar behavior from the staffs, of the same outlet previously and most of the other frank ross outlets earlier, on the issue of return of medicines.

                                          Under the circumstances, i wish to know as to "under what rules of regulations or law, frank ross is refusing to take back clearly identifiable, with batch no and with frank ross bar codes, undamaged and well within expiry date medicines where the customer is offering to buy some other medicine of the corresponding value in return of the same"

                                          Today I went to Frank Ross pharmacy, Ankush hospital at.HC block sector 3 salt lake, usually I purchased my sister medicine from there and it's been 4 months that I continuously buying my medicines. But I was surprised the rude behaviour of staff when it comes to returning of medicine. Expiry dt.of medicine is still valid n he refused that it's already 5 to 6 month from the date of purchased. If that is the case than customer should take medicine from Frank Ross within 6 months of manufacturing right. What type of policy. I will lodged a RTI queries.or.else I am not satisfied with the reply n rude behaviour of staff.

                                              I am buying medicine at frank Ross regent park branch. The total amount is 224 rupees. When I give old 500 rupees note to them, they just refuse to take it and told me that we are not taking old 500 notes. After that I request him and told about government notice. Then they misbehave with me and told me to give the Xerox copy of all your I'd plus address proof and wait for at least 1 hour, then they think about it. Actually I have only 300 rupees in my pocket with one 500 rupees old note. I am in big trouble and rquest you to take urgent action on this.

                                                Dear Concerned, I am a research scholar at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. About an hour back, I went to our campus hospital due to my illness. As an institute student, we are entitled to receive the prescribed medicine free of cost from the medicine counter operated by Frank Ross Pharmacy inside the campus hospital premises. As usual I submitted my medical book to receive the prescribed medicines from the counter. Following points may be noted after depositing my medical book at the counter: 1. Out of three medical counters (one for students, one for staffs and other for pensioners/cash purchase) only one counter was opened (counter for staffs). 2. After waiting for about 30 minutes, a person (Mr. S. Dey) called my name in full volume for 5 times without any pause (as if I should be there immediately at the counter within fraction of seconds). I asked him in a smiling face that I have arrived at the counter within 2 seconds after calling my name, what's there to shout so much? He told that I was not responding. 3. He told that he did a great job for me that, the doctor has wrongly prescribed 60 "celil 500" instead of "celin 500", and celil 500 is an antibiotic, in this way he claimed that he saved my life by not giving me 60 antibiotic!! I really do not know with my limited knowledge that which antibiotic is called "Celil 500"?? 4. I took medicine from this counter for multiple times in last five years, every time they provides an environment friendly carry bag. So we usually do not carry our own bag with us while going to hospital. I asked that fellow for a carry bag. He "advised" me that next time I should go there with my own bag!! I have no problem to carry my own bag. But it should be intimated/ should be written at the medicine counter. 5. Finally after coming home I noticed that out of 30 capsules issued from counter, three are discolored: probably not in condition to consume! I would not bother to write this complain if this would have been a grocery shop. This kind of strange and rough behaviour with sub-standard product is not expected at a medicine shop counter, where people does not usually go with good health. Waiting for your kind response.
