We have purchased the HOB in Faber one year back . But from past 07 months one of burner is automatically stopping . We have lodged a complaint and every time technicians are visiting our house, but issue was not resolved. Later stage in the 5th December'23 they have changed the some of the spare parts . But still the problem was not resolved and we are not getting any support from Faber team. Every time new persons are coming to our home and they are staying more than 2 hours in our home and it is more inconvenient to our family. As problem was not resolving from past 7 months and product is under warranty, we are requesting M/s Faber to replace the HOB . But no response from them and they are not ready to replace.
This kind of Worst Service we have never faced with any other products.
