We have purchased the HOB in Faber one year back . But from past 07 months one of burner is automatically stopping . We have lodged a complaint and every time technicians are visiting our house, but issue was not resolved. Later stage in the 5th December'23 they have changed the some of the spare parts . This all started when I purchased Faber make 3 Burner Glasstop Gas stove from M/s. Choudhary Crockery, Ludhiana in October 2019. I have purchased Faber make product only because of its brandname and quality of product and services, as claimed by Faber.
