This all started when I purchased Faber make 3 Burner Glasstop Gas stove from M/s. Choudhary Crockery, Ludhiana in October 2019. I have purchased Faber make product only because of its brandname and quality of product and services, as claimed by Faber. But my decision of buying Faber product proved wrong and became nightmare for me since I have bought the product as mentioned above, 3 times burner knob is broken, Lighter is not working properly despite fitting new battery, enamel of burner stand burnt and supporting rubber gasket of burners are damaged. This happened in the span of only 6-7 months and god knows the item have purchased will survive for even 1-2 years or not, this is a big question.
From the day I bought the stove, I became victim of poor quality of Faber. Prior to go with Faber, I used to buy only Sunflam, Prestige or Glenn make. And I never faced any single problem with these brands. There is a chain of complaints to customer care deptt. The way they treat customer, I don’t think that they even interested to resolve the problem. I have already talked with Sales Manager and Area Manager but no action is taken by them till date
The customer care is not responding now. And after expiry of warranty period of 1 year, I need to incur expenses on fixing the problem very often. Other good thing as claimed by Faber can not be guaranteed but this can be guaranteed that after warranty period is over, it will be good for me to throw the product in junk.
I am not expecting much from this company, because I am very small customer and they will not care of the mental torture I have had after buying this product. But I will not recommend Faber to anyone in future.
