[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — not getting any revert on emails - course completion certificate not issued

I have done my course from frankfinn - camac street - kolkata in 2012 and since then i am doing a follow up for my certificate and till date i haven't got any response.
I have even mailed debolina bose on 8th of oct and its been a month i got no revert from her end. Neither she is reverting on my mails nor she is receiving calls.
Whenever i call camac street branch - its always like either she don't receive or ask the receptionist to pass the message that she is busy and will call back but she never called back.
This is such an unprofessional behaviou. A very bad attitute towrads your clients who invest 2.5 lac but get a very bad service.
