Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — Not refunding my money.

Address:M 3, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, above Kotak Mahindra Bank, South Extension, Block M, South Extension l1, New Delhi, Delhi 110049

I've paid the registration fees of rs.5000 on 18th February 2022 at the South ex branch of Frankfinn. But due to some financial reasons I don't want to take admission anymore. And when I asked them to refund, they're totally denying to refund my money.And at the time of registration they've given me each and every details of course and career but never discussed about that the money is refundable or not.
