My name is Naveen Joshi. I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor service provided by your company. I was enrolled in south ex branch of frankfinn, it’s been more than 15 months since I enrolled in the course but my course has not been completed yet and no one from frankfinn has bothered to communicate with me.
I would request you to kindly refund my incomplete module’s fee as per the course contract.
