With due respect to team National Complaint Resistration Forum and with a hope that my problem will solve.
I am Dipshikha Chutia from Duliajan Dibrugarh Assam and my complaint against the frankfinn institute of air hostess training Guwahati Assam. I went to Guwahati 29/08/2022 to resister my name in institute. At first they advertise very nice, perfect PPT show to us. They select me and called separately and told about the money. They have not mentioned any money before in phone calls and a mind games play with me and my parents consult, we fall into trapped of money making scum, give the Resistration fees 33000. After few days later when I have financial problems I told them that I can't join the training right now but I will join after 6 month now and I asked about the refund 33000. Then they forced me to attend and there is no refund policy and some things like this with a b bad behaviour even they did not reply my message and phone calls. It's effect my mentality. I am belong from poor family, so 33000 is huge for me.
And I see lots of students lost their money through this.
So I request to team National Complaint Resistration Forum to take some legal action against the institute and refund our amount.

We find out all rules and regulations of the institute after I took admission. Where they Clearly said that they cannot guarantee that there's short terms placement. They even didn't mention about the intrest money. There are many things written in students agreement which doesn't mention to is before took admission. Thank you

I am Dipshikha Chutia from Dibrugarh Assam & my complaint against the frankfinn institute of Airhostess training Guwahati Assam Ulubari G.S. road 781007. I went to this institute just to inquiry about the course and they played a mind game to consult me & I took the addmission in this institute with an amount 33000, Resistration fee 6000 & monthly fees 18750. After few days later due to financial issues I decided to not to continue with the course & I informed to same institute and ask for refund my amount but they are being rude to me their behaviour and answer are just not tolerable. I asked them several times to refund my amount RS 33000 which is huge for us. Even I can't concentrate my upcoming entrance exam. It affects my mentality.
So I request to the team National Complaint Resistration Forum to take legal action against this institute & refund our amount.
