Fraud — cheating

Recently i agreement with a person to purchase mobile phone. He asked transfer money by paytm. And i transfer through paytm. And his number is [protected]. And it is a jio sim. After transfer of money he doesn't courier to me and i asked return back my money. He doesn't responding and swithoff his phone. Sir my money blocked with him rs20000. And i have his photo also and his parents photos also. I request you to catch the person and return back my money. My mobile number [protected]. And i have proof of paytm transfer.
