    Data not recieved I have done recharge by Rs255 (from HDFC Debit Card) on my alternate Airtel no. [protected] for 1GB 3G data Pack by freecharge.in with Login ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in on date [protected]. Order id is (FCVA[protected]) and i got the recharge successful Message from freecharge side but i don't get any data on my Airtel No. or any Message from airtel side. But amount debited in my Debit card and no FC Credit amount recived in freecharge account. so please refund my amount in my account Or Recharge airtel no. [protected] with Rs 255 for 1GB 3G data.     Today i got a call in
    morning 8:00 Am by a person (Call his name Pawan Kumar) by the no- [protected]
    and told me that he is a representative from Frecharge
    website side and told me that due to some technical issues mu amount not
    refunded, so he refund my amount mannualy
    and asking me about my Debit card detail.
    I told him some details, than i got doubt
    when he asking about my CVV no and Bank Security code or OTP password. So, i told him wrong OTP passwords. He tried
    atleast 20-25 times and i tolds him wrong OPT passwords all times. Than
    he cut his phone after saying that he calling after 10 minutes.
    After 5 minutes i got transuction declined messages from Tata
    Doccomo Bill Desk about transuction
    declinations. Than my doubt confermed
    that he is Fake caller. I called immediatly to bank and blocked
    my debit card immideatly and complained abut that.
    Than called the same fake no and told him
    that I comaplained against him than he cut the phone. But still he trying
    transections after ½ an hour. But I
    already blocked my debit card.

    After that when I tell him that I make a complain againes
    him, he shocked or worried. After that again I received another fake call and he
    also asking about that recharge failier and asking that I received any other
    call before him regarding the same matter. That I told him that yes I received
    a fake call and I complained for that no. than he ask me that no. when I hold
    the phone to searching that no, he also cut the phone before knowing about the
    no. It means he is also a fake caller or friend of previous caller to
    confierming about that I make complain against him or not.

    Please suggest me what can I do in that case?

        My recharge in not completed .but amount 600/- is deducted from my freecharge account.please refund my amount in my freecharge account. I recharged mob no [protected] two times .First recharge was failed order id -FCMA[protected] and my amount was refunded in my freecharge account .but next recharge is also failed and amount was not refund in my account .my current freecharge account is 0. so please refund my amount in my freecharge account.

          On 3-3-2015, I recharged my mobile with 200 and it showed an error and ask to try again .. Second time it recharged successfully but money was deducted for both times and I got only 200 rs. Recharge. Kindly credit it to my bank account or as my free charge credits.           I have been writing emails since last one month and your people has been ignoring me and has given wrong information that money has been credited to my account (Amout-Rs.1638). I have checked with my bank also.

          I have also requested to arrange a call from your end, but all in vain.

            I recharged with Rs 200 on the number [protected] on 19th of Feb, 2015. The account with which i recharged its Gmail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I didn't get the recharge but the amount of Rs 200 got released from the account. I was told that we have received your money and it will be deposited back in your account in 7 working days. Now its been 15 but i haven;t got a single penny back from you cheaters. I have been sending mails but no convincing reply been received. Want my money back as soon as possible. Order Id is perhaps, FCVW[protected] i am not sure because the page got closed and i did not get any mail. this id was sent by you cheaters only. Below is the mail which i got on 20th Feb 2015 mentioning that my money will be deposited back.Dear Customer, As per our records, your payment has not been processed. payment transaction failure and your money has been deducted from your bank account, the amount will be auto-refunded to your bank directly within 5-7 business days. There is nothing to worry about, your money is completely safe with us in all cases and if your refund is not received within 5-7 bank working days, please let us know and we will look into it immediately.

                Please look into this problem seriously. TODAY morning I recharged - airtel 3 G plan for 28 days by paying.amt. got cut from IOB debit card, but the mobile did not receive 3g connection. Pay back thethe amt or recharge immediately.

                  Hi, I recharged( Order id: FCVM[protected]) my Reliance GSM No through freecharge on 2/03/2015 at 9.10 PM, but recharge not done yet, though money has been deducted from my HDFC account. Please update me on urgent basis, as money is not been credited to my freecharge account. I've already sent several mail & also male complain (No: #1397318/1402074)through their website, but they didn't care to reply. Seems they are doing a total fraud business...

                  They are normally good. It takes some time. I had the same issue and got it rectified in two days... Better to wait for a day or two.

                                  I recharged BSNL Mobile for Rs.40 on 23.02.2015 by using my SBI debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not recharged. My user id is [protected]@gmail.com. My transaction id is FCVM[protected] and FCVM [protected].
                                  I recharged Airtel Mobile for Rs.39 on 22.02.2015 by using my OBC debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not recharged. My user id is [protected]@gmail.com. My transaction id is FCVW[protected].
                                  yesterday night i have recharged from freecharge the amount was deducted but recharge was in pending stage. after 1 hr i got recharge msg from freecharge (ur account has been recharged succesfully). but it was not added to my account . i have checked in freecharge my transanctions it is showing Your transaction was successful.

                                    I was doing the recharge of Rs 229 on the Uninor number [protected] from the account, the email id of which is [protected]@gmail.com. On the first attempt it showed the message payment error, but the amount of Rs 200 got transferred from the account, in the second attempt i again made the payment, the payment of Rs 200 again got transferred from the account, and in this attempt i got the recharge. So in short my first payment went...
