They never do that. If recharge doesn't happen. they refund the full amount. check your bank account after 4-5 days.

i made a online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.

Also, this is not a consumer court forum. No important reads this. No use posting anything here. Instead write them a mail and tell your bank about this. They will take action .

Freecharger - if no one important reads this, why are u bothering to respond to him? Its obvious that ur from freecharge.in (Accelyst).

I do appreciate there business model but looking at people feedback and experience, I doubt if i will click the submit button for paying the recharge value. I am more happy getting recharge done with no issues from reliance store nearby than some unknown entity with no customer care to revert back.

I have done a few recharges using this website last week and really impressed with their service (;) got coupons in 2, 3 days time). But I have faced this kind of experiences from some other recharging sites. But I am sure your money will be back into your account in a couple of days.

I love freecharge i have never faced problem yeah once i dint get refill but they did refund my money back within 3 days... i love freecharge and come on guys its online so there are sometimes chances of failure but they r giving out such lovely coupons they rock...

This company is a fraud. They never send any coupons to anyone. Its a for selling their recharge. Iven if you keep on writing them emails, they will never respond. I have recharged 3 times and still havent got any coupons. Soon I will be taking case to Consumer Court. I have all poofs with me . My lawyer is working on this case. They will have to pay heavy amount to users as fine.

Same also happened with me.I recharged my friend's mob. [protected] with rs. 220 but amount got deducted and whenever i mail them they always say "your refund is under process".But i never got my refund. It's been more than 1 month and i am still waiting for my refund.

I have recharged my cell from freerecharge.in on 24/03/2011 of INR 310.The amount was deducted from my credit card but phone was not recharged..Till date 14/04/2011 the amount is not refunded..my transaction code is 075642..Is this a fraud or will i get my money bank..Kindly let me know.. its almost a month..where shuld i put my complaint.

I do a lot of online shopping and normally any failed transaction gets refunded in 3-4 working days. I had a failed transaction on this site with Rs. 111 deducted. I'd like to give some days for the refund. All these complaints in this forum are making me jittery. Is there anyone who can vouch for this company refunding the amounts?

Freecharge : Accelyst solutions Pvt. Ltd. — Recharge Fraud

I used their website for recharging my reliance cdma number on 30.04.11 and paid Rs. 165.00 for recharge through net banking. But till date I have not received any credit in my mobile account.
On writing mail to them, they replied :- "Your recharge for the amount of Rs.165 is successfully done from our end. Kindly contact your service provider. Your transaction id is [protected]."

Also, as per the telecon confirmation with the Reliance customer care executive they told me that no transaction has happened in my account.

I have been asking for Reversal / recharding of the transaction but no reply is coming from their end.

I think I have done a mistake using this services.

There are no contact nos of your their office where I can call some one.

They ask Order no every now and then which i told them got deleted in mail.

They are complete fraud. They save your credit and debit card details.
Dont ever recharge with them.

I tried to recharge Airtel 333 and provided my card details for payments. My payment was made but i did not received the recharge amount in my mobile.

They store all your information, credit card number cvv number everything in their database.
Never use this site for online recharge. They even don't declare much about the company. Their website does not provide contact number / phone number.

In any case, If you are required to recharge online, use your Bank websites (HDFC/ CITI, SBI) or Service Provider's website (airtel/vodaphone/reliance) for this. They provide online recharge facility on their website.

They are real fraud.

I never faced any problem doin a recharge on my cell. even i did it for so many of others. whenever there was no recharge my account was credit with the same amount with which i can recharge next time or another number.
you are soo soo gooooodfreecharge...pls now just do one more thing and withdraw your policy of delivery charges because most of the times they are E-COUPONS. and also please work on postpaid bill payment it often declines.
