On 12 June 2019, I paid electricity bill through FreeCharge at 10:52 pm.
FreeCharge transaction ID- FCEA[protected].
Freecharge Operator Id is ABFC[protected].
Freecharge
In official website of electricity service provider the status is bill is unpaid and is due to be paid, although I have paid it. On FreeCharge it is coming the bill has been already paid and there seems no due is to be paid.

    I made a mobile recharge using Freecharge on May 4 2019 from Indian Bank Debit card. But the transaction was cancelled and not yet refunded to my account. I mailed to the Freecharge customer care and they told that the amount has been refunded from their part. I also contacted the Indian Bank customer care but they told that it has not refunded int your account. And I called the Freecharge customer care and they informed that the payment of Rs.419.00 against order ID FCVA[protected] was automatically refunded through payment gateway to your respective bank/card on 04-May-2019.
    We have also verified the same with our payment partner and confirmed that the amount was successfully refunded.
    Hence, request you to get in touch with your bank for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card account with the below given details.

      I have been contacting free charge team to reactivated my wallet. I provided pan copy, my full name which they require to match my name. They are saying it is not matching which is wrong. This has been going since long but still not resolved. I asked them to provide if they need any other documents but the they still not activated. Please look into this and help me.

        I placed an online food order yesterday and payed via freecharge. An amount of rs. 14.5 was directly deducted from my freecharge account.
        Ideally, i should have received an otp and the same had to be verified before the amount was deducted from my wallet.
        However, nothing of this sort happened. I wrote to freecharge to report the matter. However, the freecharge support has been pathetic. The first reply confirm the transaction and provides details on what to do in case the food portal denies having received the money.
        The second email advises an offline transaction is initiated through on the go pin.

        This is ridiculous as freecharge has confirmed there is no security at all.in other words, any one can go to a website, select freecharge as a payment option and then enter my mobile number or email id. The money will then get deducted.
        How did this happen. Is there something called safety or is freecharge taking all o[censored]s for a ride.

          I never use my icici debit card or icici account transaction on 2nd may 2019 but 389 rs are deducted from my account without acknowledge. I don't know why deducted this money and you don't have any access to deduct money. You are not consider that people are foolish. Please refund it as soon as possible otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court.

            In yet another instance of failed add money transaction, rs 125 have been deducted from my bank account and not added into the freecharge wallet. There's a large frequency of failed add money transactions due to some technical faults in the payment gateway of freecharge payment solutions. Kindly help me in refunding of the lost money.                     Freecharge had blocked my account twice stating that they had noticed suspicious activity in my account but i didn’t feel that there was anything suspicious since i was using a clone app for my this account besides app for my son’s account.
                    Freecharge neither called me up but sent a mail that they had refunded my wallet balance to my bank account or card account and when i could not see any refund to my bank they sent the payment details as follows but my bank confirmed that there was no such refund to the credit of my account. It seems freecharge has transferred the amount to their own account - how can a layman check for the payment gateway reference no. I don’t understand-it’s a matter to harass customers - it said that it had processed the refund on 21-3-19 but till date there is no credit to my account and the cashback amount they have refused to refund. First of all doubting a customer without even talking to him/her is not expected-we too have our goodwill and good credit rating then who are they to suspect us? The company could have called up on the registered mobile no. But it never did that instead simply blocked my account.
                    Please take action against freecharge and get my wallet balance credited to me

                    Earlier Freecharge had said that it had refunded to my account on 21-3-19 and now it is saying that they had refunded on 23-3-19.
                    The payment ID they had stated was forwarded to my bank but no such refund has been credited to my account -it seems they have paid to their own account not mine.I believe they are cheating me first by blocking my account and then by not even refunding my wallet amount (cashback amount they said they would be forfeiting)

                      I attempted to add rs 530 into my freecharge wallet today (8 april 19) in connection with some bill payment. The money was debited from my bank account but could not be added into the freecharge wallet due to a technical failure in freecharge's payment gateway system. Money is paid online/wallet in order to make things simple and not for incurring losses/ complications. Pl refund my money and there are repeated instances of payment failure in the payment gateway of freecharge.

                        I bought a google play gift card they charged me 1000rs but they did not give me any code to redeem and are asking me to wait 2 days
                        Why should i wait i paid you you give me my stuff or refund the money
                        I bought the codes for a purpose and now the offer is also finished so anyway you have wasted my time and money
                        I want my codes or the amount returned as soon as possible. And i will not wait for 2 days
                        You say it's an operator issue the ask your operator do whatever you can i want my codes or the money back. I never made a mistake so i will not bear any wait times as well.

                            I had been using Freecharge through clone/parallel app(which was known to me through amazon customer service)but my account was blocked once and I was asked to submit my identity proof which I did and the account was unblocked but again yesterday when I was trying to transact through the clone app again my account was blocked permanently and only the money added was being refunded(cashback portion is being forfeited).I repeatedly asked for the reason but Freecharge is not ready to listen.Infeel the company is unreasonably doubting my entity and affecting my goodwill -we are not ones who can think of trying to cheat the company -all Amazon, Paytm, etc are allowing the clone apps on one android for log in of different family members account from the same device but Freecharge feels I am trying to cheat -I am shocked by their behaviour-they can easily call up and let me know what they are considering as security risks but they simply blocked my account-hardly know whether there are security risks using parallel apps on the same android phones.Kindly take action against Freecharge for doubting my integrity and ask them to unblock my account with e mail address Karuna.[protected]@yahoo.in

                            Freecharge did not unblock the account till date -it is doubting me for suspicious activity-it seems their software is better than anyone else in the world-amazon, paytm don’t object but Freecharge does
                            Please deactivated my freecharge account because extra charges for unsolicited phone calls

                              Sir/madam,
                              There has been a refund of rs 1288 initiated to my bank account on 28/2/19, which is not credited to my bank. I have contacted customer service and they provided me arn number and payment gateway id and told me to contact bank. When i contacted bank they told me that they unable to trace this transaction and asked me for rbi settlement report. Since few days i am mailing freecharge customer support they are not responding me at all. Neither they provided me any report nor they solved the problem.

                                This is Rizwan here.

                                I have made a payment through freecharge(from debit card) to 1 mg for my order. Later on I cancelled my order. The refund was directly credited to my freecharge account and not in my bank account.

                                I spoke to Mr Matin on Freecharge CUSTOMER CARE and asked to refund my balance to my bank account. Then they said it is not transferable to bank, you have to use on freecharge!!!

                                Such ### policy by freecharge. This is my money that was refundable not even it was a cashback money and they are asking to use on freecharge.

                                Worst policy ever seen in my life. No any other apps are doing these sit like freecharge is doing.

                                  On 14th feb-2019 morning around 3.00 am an amount if rs 2000 and rs 500 from my freecharge wallet has got transferred to komparify.com in 2 transactions. Otp for transaction was also there in my inbox and moblie. I have not made transaction. What security is this from freecharge. It can only happen with their knowledge or from did by there employee... I lost rs 2500.
                                  After giving multiple complaint did not get any positive response till date...
                                  Neither they log any complaint at their side that on 14th feb-2019 multiple customer account got hacked...

                                    I made payment of rs. 692 to myntra from freecharge on 21/01/2019 and after the return of product from myntra, freecharge initiate the return of same amount on 26/01/2019 but amount is not received on my bank account. My bank says there is no pending transaction from there side. Please process this refund asap, if it will not solve in a week i will take this complaint to higher authorities.
