Tried to place an order on swiggy via freecharge but despite my money deducted from account and transaction shown successful swiggy denied to receive
the payment hence no order placed both of them are not trustworthy and reliable freecharge has no realtime customer service so despite of paying money I didn't get my food what I have paid for shame on you swiggy and freecharge

      I made a bill payment on freecharge on 4th Sept. Its more than 12 days now and order still shows status as processing. I raised a request to customer care but they are not responding properly. They say that order is complete but then why the status is not updated in my freecharge account? I have also not received the cashback promised for the same order as they are not updating status.

        I have made a payment of electricity bill of rs. 741.0 for the month of july through freechrage yesterday evening. After few minutes showing that payment is successful. And amount is also deducted from my account. But when i am checking odisha discom, there is showing non payment (Payment due). How is it possible?

        Today morning freecharge custoner care call me regarding my payment is Rs. 741.0. But after some discussion again 2800.0 Rs. deduct from my account. Is it a kind of fraud ??? Frercharge is a fraud and hacking company. Is this kind of dealing with a customer ??? I need my all money 741 + 2800 today by hook or by crook.

        Yesterday I got a call in which a madam told me that after 48 hours your payment of ₹ 741 will be confirmed as we have already spoken to the electricity operator, but till date nothing has been paid so far, please do my payment. Return me. And also told me that till today, you do not have to confirm ₹ 741 means that your electricity operator, if you do not pay your payment, then you can mail us, we will take action on it and we will Will consider but how long will it take you to consider. Is Freecharge a false company that loses its customer's money in the name of someone else. Yesterday I spoke to which mam, I insisted on her, what will I do if freecharge does not get my money back? She forcibly said that you will get your money till today but my money has not been paid to the electricity department yet. How long will my money be paid to my electric department or I will get it back, please think about it quickly and soon.

          My father got a call today, stating the person is from SBI. They need my father's SBI debit card no as the card is blocked. So my father told him the no. Then they said they will unblock it, for that one otp will come in his mobile no. He gave the otp. At the end of it they deducted 450000 Rs. The transaction numbers were[protected],[protected], [protected]. Account no of SBI [protected].

          Can we get help for this please.

            I have recharged [protected] (Airtel - andhra pradesh) number with 399 pack on 21st august through freecharge.in.

            But that's by mistake. I planned to recharge [protected] (My airtel number). I even tried calling the wrong number but it is switched off. So there's no chance o[censored]sing the pack.

            So, kindly please disconnect the services for that number and shift the recharge it to my number.

              I paid electricity bill on[protected] from freecharge with payment mode via upi from my sbi bank account but that transaction failed and money got deducted from my bank account and it's 6 days past but i haven't received any refund. Also i called my bank associate and told my problem but they informed me that payment mode was upi so this matter is under company's corporation. Hope so you will help me quickly and get my money back soon.

                    On 22.07.2019 (at about 10:30 AM) I paid my BSNL land line bill for Rs.813/- thro my credit card through the site www.freecharge.in. Immediately I received the following msg.
                    Quote:
                    Your recharge for [protected] is pending from BSNL Landline. Usually it takes few mins. If not successful, we will refund the money to Freecharge wallet.
                    Unquote:
                    so far I have not received any confirmation on this recharge for which my card account is already debited. Last date for payment of my BSNL landline is 25.07.2019.

                      Hi team on 22june2019 i recharge my bsnl no. [protected] via. Freecharge app with transaction id
                      Fcva[protected] but amount debit from my account and now its more than 24 hours for recharge but recharge still shows under processing

                      My validity expire on 24june2019 so on 23june2019 morning i again use freecharge to recharge my same number with transaction id fcva[protected] but again same thing happen i. E. Amount debit from account but recharge still shows under processing. And as per freecharge policy if recharge didn't successfull in 3 hrs then the recharge mark as fail & amount credit to account. They goes beyond there policy. And to validate my number i'm going to local retailer to recharge my bsnl number i'm not going to wait for them because its more than 24 hrs twice they cheat with me but in future if they done my recharge successful then i want my money back because i done recharge from local retailer. I recharge from there site twice both transaction is underprocessing recharge deadline is near so i go to retailer for recharge i want my refund of 148 i. E. 74 in first recharge and 74 in other recharge. These site are really harrasing to customers i hope you understand how it feels please take action to such companies & fine huge penalty

                        Still the issue has not been fixed. It has been 9 days since the transaction had taken place. Service provider company website is still showing that bill is due to be paid. FreeCharge has verified that the transaction had taken place but it has not been transferred to service provider. Please solve the issue at the earliest. Deadline date for paying the bill is coming near.

                            In official website of electricity service provider the status is bill is unpaid and is due to be paid, although I have paid it. On FreeCharge it is coming the bill has been already paid and there seems no due is to be paid.

                              I made a mobile recharge using Freecharge on May 4 2019 from Indian Bank Debit card. But the transaction was cancelled and not yet refunded to my account. I mailed to the Freecharge customer care and they told that the amount has been refunded from their part. I also contacted the Indian Bank customer care but they told that it has not refunded int your account. And I called the Freecharge customer care and they informed that the payment of Rs.419.00 against order ID FCVA[protected] was automatically refunded through payment gateway to your respective bank/card on 04-May-2019.
                              We have also verified the same with our payment partner and confirmed that the amount was successfully refunded.
                              Hence, request you to get in touch with your bank for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card account with the below given details.

                                  I placed an online food order yesterday and payed via freecharge. An amount of rs. 14.5 was directly deducted from my freecharge account.
                                  Ideally, i should have received an otp and the same had to be verified before the amount was deducted from my wallet.
                                  However, nothing of this sort happened. I wrote to freecharge to report the matter. However, the freecharge support has been pathetic. The first reply confirm the transaction and provides details on what to do in case the food portal denies having received the money.
                                  The second email advises an offline transaction is initiated through on the go pin.

                                  This is ridiculous as freecharge has confirmed there is no security at all.in other words, any one can go to a website, select freecharge as a payment option and then enter my mobile number or email id. The money will then get deducted.
                                  How did this happen. Is there something called safety or is freecharge taking all o[censored]s for a ride.

                                    I never use my icici debit card or icici account transaction on 2nd may 2019 but 389 rs are deducted from my account without acknowledge. I don't know why deducted this money and you don't have any access to deduct money. You are not consider that people are foolish. Please refund it as soon as possible otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court.

                                      In yet another instance of failed add money transaction, rs 125 have been deducted from my bank account and not added into the freecharge wallet. There's a large frequency of failed add money transactions due to some technical faults in the payment gateway of freecharge payment solutions. Kindly help me in refunding of the lost money. See the screenshot of the payment.

                                        I have paid rupees 365 2times through free recharge my transanctions shows that payment is failure. But on my bank account the amount has been deducted. I want refunded amount back on same amount i have paid for airtel digial tv. But what i want know that where my payment has done. It should be credited on bank account total amount 1582 i want back.
