I have done bill payment of bses rajdhani on dated 15th august, 2016 via order id : fcec[protected] for rs 690 but till now payment not done to my bses account. Last date of bses bill is 17th august, 2016. Many times to reply through email id but same reply for every email. If they are not paid bill. So please refund my requried balance in
Freecharge account.

    I have payed the bill for act fibernet through freecharge on 13th saturday but the payment is not done to them. And today they r saying they will disconnect the service if i dont pay by today. I am already detting 100rs as late fee and if they dissconect it then i will get a penalty of 500rs. The transaction id was fclw[protected].

      My wallet was deducted by rs 1100 without my permission.
      Freecharge said u sent money to any no. But i m not sent any money to any no. And freecharge does send any mail and msg about this transaction done himself.
      Whereas we have any transaction freecharge send me a mail and msg but this tym not and deduct my wallet rs1100.
      Kindly say freecharge to send back money in my wallet.

        I purchased a 3g package for my mobile on freecharge.in worth rs 294 but its been more than a week since then and i have not got it. The transaction was successful and the money has even been deducted from my bank but these people have not given me the recharge. I have even sent them a couple of mails regarding this issue and they have not even cared to respond. It is such a shame that they do not even have a working phone line with which i could have contacted them.
        The date of purchase of this package is 6th august 2016

        Thank you for expressing your concern on this forum. Not responding to emails is a highly unprofessional attitude. Have you tried getting in touch with Freecharge customer care executives? You can call their customer care and share your grievance with their executives. If they are still not giving a proper solution, then I think you can post a complaint on their social media pages, this will help other people know - how poor their service is.

        In any case, for hassle-free recharge transactions, there is one other recharge app that is more reliable. You can install Bill Bachao from Google App Store. I haven’t faced any transaction decline issues in this app so far. It has so many useful features too. The app shows us all the available plans of each operator, we can select the one we like best and it will recharge our phone with that plan only. It also tracks our internet usage, calls and messages. Based on the usage summary, the app will suggest us three best plans that are more suitable for us than other plans. It will also show us how much we save on each plan. Besides, the summary it sends of our internet usage, calls and messages helps us analyze our bill, in which area we spend more.             I did a recharge of 250rs. for my airtel number. as the balance was deducted from the account but reccharge was not done for next 2ays after which i mail them regarding the same they asked me to contact my bank for the deduction but the bank refused to give back the money as they said that it was totally merchants issue. after i am regularly mailing them asking n waiting for the reply. none of them do reply. neither their customer care no. are picked. they are not even telling the status . no freecharge person has contacted me yet.

            I agree with you as Freecharge is found doing this all of the times. I searched google for the freecharge coupons so that I may get discount on mobile recharge I came across a website :-http://www.technodayz.com/, it gave me the Coupon for which I get a max of 75 rupees cash back in my freecharge wallet but I went to freecharge payment page entered all of my information and also mentioned the coupon code and on the payment page freecharge said that coupon is applied and after I did the recharge I received the message from freecharge on my registered Mobile number that the transaction is successfully and another message saying that the coupon limit was reached and I got no cash back and regarding this I contacted freecharge several times but same as in your case No reply from their side.

            Might I suggest a different course of action to you- instead of Freecharge, install a more credible app. You can try Bill Bachao app from Google App Store. I suggest people to quit using freecharge. This app has been great to me so far. It’s been a month since I downloaded this app; haven’t faced any issue so far, including transaction decline issues or issues where they tell me recharge successful but no balance is credited to my account. Install this and make your life simpler. It will also offer you a number of other great features as well which will help you curtail your billing expenses.                   I had recharged my vodafone mobile number with freecharge for rs. 852 and they have credited some random other number with this amount.

                  On my contacting them for this mistake and asking them to revert the transaction their reply was blatant and irresponsible as pasted below:

                  As per our records the recharge was processed on the number 98*034 instead of 98*037. This is the reason for the recharge amount not reflecting on your account. The operator id for this transaction is mu[protected].

                  Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse the transaction since the recharge amount could have already been used by the end user of that number.

                  Kindly contact the operator for further assistance.

                  I have no knowledge of whom the other number belongs to and why was my money credited to that number. When i contacted my mobile service provider vodafone, they informed that their system shows that recharge on my number was unsuccessful.

                  So that means that since the recharge was unsuccessful, freecharge took their own liberty to credit my money to someone else's account and now hold no responsibility for it. This is a clear instance of fraudulent behavior on part of freecharge and i would never use their payment gateway ever again.

                      I have send you the last 10 digit of order id. I have recharge to mobile number ([protected]) on 5 august but some reason it would be failed. I got a message that failed to recharge of 200 (Order id-fcvw[protected]) and your refund of 65 will be done to freecharge wallet and 135 to your card. It's thanks to that i got the rs of 65 in my wallet but remaining money of 135 still could not be credited in my bank account.

                            Did you get in touch with Freecharge customer care? You can either call their customer care to get the help of a customer care executive or you can post your complaint on their social media pages. It is highly irresponsible of such companies to not give a good service to people who have grievances.

                            One course of action you can follow is go for a different, more trustworthy app. While facing a similar issue a few days back, I decided to read about good recharge apps, on research I came across Bill Bachao app. I read about its features and was compelled to try it once. Since the last two weeks I recharged my phone many times using this app but this app hasn’t failed me yet, not even once. Using Bill Bachao we can also activate and deactivate Do-Not Disturb(DND) and Value Added Services(VAS) whenever we want. We also receive updates on the latest plans and Bill Bachao guides us which plan will be better for our usage. In any case, if we ever get a transaction failure with this app. The best part is their customer care team is responsive, if you go to them with any grievance, they will try their best to resolve it.you can download this app here- http://bit.ly/ormbb

                                From last few days i got so unnecessary msgs about recharge and all. Even i do not use my phone number on freecharge, may be someone else using my number on freechare to operate their freecharge account, my number is [protected] so please kindly check this and deactivate my number from freecharge account, i even called that numbers which i got on sms, they said they are unable to delete the number, because they don't have other number to delete.

                                  I tried to add a sum of 1200 to my wallet on 6 aug 2016, around 11am.
                                  The sum of money is deducted from my bank account and is not added to my wallet.

                                        I hope you got in touch with Freecharge customer care? You can call their lines, talk to the customer care executive and see if he/she is able to resolve their problem. If they are not responding or giving an effective solution to your problem then you can resort to social media channels. Posting my complaints on social media pages is at times useful.

                                        For a better experience, you can always switch to a different, more reliable app. I have been using a new app Bill Bachao that I downloaded from Google Play Store. In the last few weeks, I have recharged my phone several times with Bill Bachao. I faced a transaction issue once, but their executives returned my refund in the promised turn around period of 7 days.
