      I have paid MSEDCL Bill through Freecharge.in, Amt. of Rs.1380 on 24.12.2015. MSEDCL's official executive told me on 29.12.2015 that they have not received any payment of consumer no. of[protected]. I also checked on their online site but no payment proof shows. I have contacted several to freecharge.in by mail but no satisfactory response received from them. also called on number given in various surfing website but no one pickup the...

              I paid may electricity bill of Rs2340 via freecharge on 31st dec 2015 transaction id FCEA[protected], the status was shown pending but there was no transaction shown in the history, kindly look in to this as soon as possible and transfer my money back to freecharge wallet if the payment was not successful or if successful please let me know about the success message that we receive on successful transaction. the amount was deducted from my bank account though.

                I did a topup recharge to my mobile today[protected] from freecharge website, recharge has not happened but the amount is debited from my account. I tried to contact so many customer care numbers but in vain, all the lines are busy all the time. I want to know if this is a fake website trying to cheat people??? I wrote a mail also & got a reply saying that one of their agents will get in touch shortly, but nobody has turned up till now. This is the 2nd time happening like this to me.I had done a recharge transaction on 2nd july 2015 & that time also it happened the same way...Please find attached the proof for the amount debited from my account both the times, one is today & the other one in july.Please help me to resolve this issue.I dont want people to get cheated like me.

                  On 28th Dec.2015 I did recharge for Videocon D2H Rs. 400/- from Freecharge.com. recharge done successfully. And got the Order ID : FCDM[protected] Date : 28-Dec-2015” by SMS and get once more Mail. But the same has not updated in my Videocon Account till date/Time. When I tried to contact Freecharge people through Mail, I got a mail stating that We've just filed a support "Ticket # 2727107" for your reference. One of our agents will be in touch with you shortly . But nothing has happen by their support team till Time. Request you to kindly take the necessary step on this matter immediately so that I can use my money that is blocked at your end . Your prompt attention and response would be appreciable Thanking You.

                    I have done Bill Payment of BSES Rajdhani on dated 24th December, 2015 via order id FCEW[protected] for Rs 480 but till now payment not done to my BSES account. Last date of BSES bill is also over. Free Charge account showing payment is successful but amount has not been deposited in my BSES Rajdhani Account. However I have made the payment by any other source so I want refund in my bank A/C only This is very unfortunate and pathetic experience, still waiting for the resolution. I was not expecting such response from a reputed company like you. I have complaint many times via mail but never get response and issue is still not resolved I will have no option left except to escalate my problem to any other platform or to take litigate action.                           REspected Sir, i would like to complain about one of the online recharging site is free charge and i did a recharge on 28/12 to y aircel mobile, the pack which they mentioned in the portal is like 109 full talk time clearly but i didint get any full talk time after recharge.My question is this the mistake of servic provider r else with the mobile operator. How can we assure this appliction by seeing the Accuracy of it.REgarding this i need a clarification please. REGARDS, Divya

                                Hi, I have made a transaction on 23rd Dec via order id FCMW[protected] for Rs 750 bill deposit of Tata docomo post paid number [protected], payment is showing successful but amount has not been deposited in my tata number.However I have made the payment by any other source so I want refund in my bank A/C only This is very unfortunate and pathetic experience, still waiting for the resolution. I was not expecting such response from a reputed company like you. I have complaint twice via ticket id 2690059 and 2696809 but neither is resolved I will have no option left except to escalate my problem to any other platform or to take litigate action.                                 i have made a transaction on 28/12/15, transaction was not succesful but the amount has been deducted, n then message i recieved that ur amount has been credited to ur freecharge account, but in vain it s not showing the balance, my transaction id FCMA[protected]

                                    Beware of Freecharge.in They deducted Rs 63 twice for single transaction for coupon RE5050 Rs 50 cashback for order no FCVW[protected](original order) and FCVW[protected](fake order). They have their website to grab twice, then why do you give offers. Another issue happened with Rs 175 recharge which was invalid.Amount was deducted from FC wallet and ICICI Bank Ac but Rs 125 was not added to wallet for order id FCVW[protected] Please find screenshot with 2 times deduction and then giving me cashback. @consumer-Please donot use Freecharge.in. They are making profit by provoking you to buy then try cheap tricks to make money out of it.

                                      I have made my utility bill payment through freecharge app on 21/12/15 for Order ID: -FCEA[protected] It was being made to MSEDCL but even after it being more then 3 days MSEDCL hasn't received any payment through freecharge ..this was the first time I have transacted through you ..and this was the result which I got ...I would suggest you that ..if you people are facing so much problem to just forward my bill payment for just Rs2350 I would say stop displaying your app ..and as soon as possible refunfy my paid amount ! There are many other apps through which I can! MOBIKWIK is one among them through which I always used to but never suffered through such problem!
