Freecultr.com — Money not refunded as committed after a month

Dear Sir / madam, I purchased 2 tshirts from Freecultr. They denied delivery for one as it was defected. I asked them two refund money for that and deliver another. After 5 days they delivered Defected. I asked them to take it back and return my complete money. They committed to return my complete money as it was already more then 10 days now. They return half of the amount for one Tshit (Rs 552) and rest 381 has not been returned ever after one month. I had written several email and calls over which they had committed several times to return it in 2 working days. But they are not ready to return.
