[Resolved]  freecultr--online site — refund not done

Order no – 1058141.Site: Freecultr..I purchased a ladies handbag wroth of 1047rs from freecultr on 16th of Sept, 2012.When I got my product, it was defected .I called their customer care and spoke to them. After that as per their response, I sent that product to then through DTDC courier by spending Again 300rs .I was waiting for my exchange product but after that there was no communication from freecultr team regarding the exchange. This way 30 days passes and called their customer care [protected] but did not get any proper response .By calling several times to their number also I did not get the resolution .Sometimes they said that sue to unavailability of the product my case is in pending. After that when I called again I got to know that the product Is no more available with freecultr ,so they are going to refund my money .Now its been 4th month but I have not received my money. Whenever I called their customer care they ask for 24 hours but they never revert .Every time I get excuse that they are facing issue with finance team, issue with internet gateway. Now everyday I call their customer care number and they make false statements. I have send them so many mails but they never reply even .Please help me to solve my issue as this issue is now giving me a big mental pressure.
