I made an order on 21st of May 2015, and received a notification about product delivery which said, "product will be delivered within 2-5 days". It's 27th of May 2015, and i have not received my product yet in spite of logging in a complaint earlier as well. i called up there customer care, and asked them to cancel my order, to which they responded that it can't be cancelled as they don't have rights to do so, there after when i asked them to make me talk to there senior team member, there response was " they are not available as of now", and product will be dispatched within one day. I asked them if they can give me written assurance of the same, they denied it for that as well.
Anyways i dont want the product anymore.. and this is my first and worst experience with freecultr.com

Please cancel this order and refund the paid amount. Awaiting response.
