Freecultr.com — Refund for return not received. | |||||
I had requested for a return of an item (Order #[protected]) which i had purchased from freecultr.com on april 6, 2016. The date of return was april 12th, 2016. As per their customer care, they have received the product on april 15th, 2016 in their warehouse. They claimed to refund the amount in the next three working days. But it has been 36 days since i have placed the return but i have not received my refund yet. They have asked for my bank details to refund the amount for which i have provided the same. I have also lodged a complaint to their customer care, the complaint id being 5685772. I am helpless but to complain as i have not received my refund and have not received any support from their customer care team. Requesting for immediate refund. With regards.
