Freecultr.com — Tshirt not delivered

I have ordered a t-shirt on Freecultr.com, on 1.05.2021(order no. - [19424]) and made online payment of Rs. 1614

They claimed to deliver the product within 8 working days. Its been more than 12 working days now, but still the product is not yet delivered.

We talked thrice with their customer care and wrote 2 mails, but all in vein.
