Freecultr — Order is not delivered

Hi I'd placed order with Freecultr & my order has been cancelled twice. They haven't even got me the cash-back for the cancelled order. Its been 2 months since my first order. I am transfer 250rs from freecharge acct to bank but still not creadited& he said no any transection done
