Freekaamaal is a website acting as an affiliate to many popular commerce websites earning cashback from customers purchases & luring customers to make purchases via their website to earn commission from their purchases promising to pass some/most of it to the consumer.

Have made multiple purchases from the portal on promise of cashback/s wherein the process to earn/realise it is almost 12-15 weeks from the actual transaction owing to confirming purchase with no returns & getting the same from merchant website.

They have been crediting small cash backs building trust for a consumer & then luring them to buy from new/startup vendors promising a sizeable cashback on the purchase.
One such particular offer in reference is for a online jewellery merchant - melorra where i made a transaction for which fkm promised 4.5k cashback against a 10k purchase on the merchant website provided the transaction routed through fkm website.

The transaction was followed by a online google doc form post which the cashback appeared on your fkm cashback summary under pending section expecting realisation by end of may.

After waiting for over 3 months, i found out that the transaction was declined without informing the consumer whatsoever. I reached out to fkm support mail where the team kept on asking relevant questions about the transaction claiming to investigate the issue but all they kept doing was stalling.
The support team even demanded my login id & password of the merchant website clearly violating privacy policies.

Even then i was patient enough to supply all info & credentials requested by them to help resolve the issue. The support team @ fkm post all relevant proofs submitted from my end stopped responding with no valid reason of declining passing the commission. (Video of transaction attached for reference) also have entire mail trail on pdf with fkm support willing to share.

The icing on the cake was while i was trying to get this case resolved, fkm declined another transaction made with same merchant - melorra promising again 4.5k cashback but this time over a purchase of 15k.

Would like to file a consumer grievance against fkm for the cashback amount + bank interest owed for 4 months along with consumer harrasment charges of 50k for cheating consumer with false promises causing mental trauma.
