Hello sir/madam i have been using above mentioned online platform for the past 5 months. On april they released a campaign. Campaign details : (A customer has to download android app called shilpa shetty and subscribe to rs. 499 plan. At the end of the campaign they will provide cashback of rs. 500 for that). But even after successful submission of all details regarding campaign they are rejecting my cashback.. I have mailed many times to their support team but they are keep telling the same answer that i have already got the refund money from shilpa shetty app.. But i didn't get any refund money from shilpa shetty app and i also provided proof of that to them. Still they are not providing me cashback. Please help me to get my money back sir.. Thank you.. I am attaching proof below
