I had made a purchase through freekaamaal.com at asainpaints.com on November 9, 2020, order value 241.38, following all the procedures as mentioned on their website. they had promised to confirm the cashback in 90 days for which I waited. Now on 18 Feb 2021, after more than 120+ days, they denied the cashback saying, I have cancelled the order at Asian paints, or have returned it or have modified it or have not placed the order itself, to which I have provided all the proofs of having the product with myself, and not returning the product in any way, even I have got them my order delivery confirmed by Asian paints, and it was not returned too as well.

they are putting their technical failure on my head, they were good before corona started, and use to track things properly without any issue, but now after covid, they are not able to track transactions properly, today they confirmed 100 rupees out of 220, and are not confirming the rest citing the above reason only. it is just 120 rupees for my transaction but 1000s of rupees for other customers too which they are cheating on saying the customer has cancelled the transactions even when they are using the product, you may check their site for customer complaints about the same. they are shifting their technical failures on customers heads saying the customer has cancelled the order whereas the truth is their system and coding is failing to track the transactions properly, for which they are troubling the customers and the customer has to bear the losses, sometimes small and sometimes huge.
kindly help us get our money, ad teach them a lesson.
i want my 120 to be confirmed asap.
