Freekamal — product not received

I was buy a mobile phone on dt. 15.01.2020 through order no. [protected] and paid Rs 3049 through credit card . Company intimated about dispatch through AWB no. EF[protected]IN ( Speed Post ) but till the date I have not received the product. Also I am not able to contact company on given contact no. [protected] .I am waiting for it, but not geting and I am not able to complaint to company due to lack of forum.
