Freelancer.com — cyber crime

Dear sir,

One of the freelancer employer taken 10000 rupees on 29th march 2019 from our end by saying they will get us a web designing project and asked me to pay that amount via paytm, after making the payment we are unable to get in touch with them. We have also complained to freelancer.com but still we have not receive any feedback from their end. Hence we are requesting you to please take steps to prevent such cyber crime. As per paytm policy a customer can not claim for refund after making payment and thats the reasons scammers are taking full advantages of paytm gateway for such criminal activity.
