Freopay — Payment made twice and not refunded back

I have made payment of Rs 3930 on march 3rd, from citi bank account with reference no [protected] via payzapp, the amount was deducted and not reflected in freopay, so i have made a payment again on the same day with the referece id [protected] paid via payzapp..Later, i have checked with the citi bank and they have reverted to check with the FREOPAY ..i have sent mutiple mails to the freopay team but there was not refund processd still..Its already been near to 5 months the amount was deducted..
