I had ordered 1 kg chicken curry cut on 11th June from fresh to home and selected the delivery slot between 7.00am and 10.30am on 12th and paid online. I received confirmation for the same. On 12th the product was not delivered and every time I called the toll free customer care number I got different replies from different staff. At 3.30pm someone called asking if the product can be delivered .we had finished our lunch and asked the person to cancel the order and refund me the amount.Since then there is no communication from fresh to home.I was subjected to a lot of anguish and inconvenience .My order no was E06Y38654 Was this information helpful? |
