I ordered fish from their platform on 30th March 2022, Money got deducted from by Bank account, I have proof for that in my Bank statement. Order didn't get placed. and I contacted them for refund, everytime their answer for my query is that the payment was unsuccessful.

its almost an year

Amount is Rs 287.5

Still Money is money....

Spoilt fish delivered by Freshtohome

Order #STHB8619023 which was supposed to be delivered by 11:30am on 4/9/2022 was delivered late at 3:30pm.

The order had 2 items of fish that have both gone bad and are stinking: Mackerel and Finletted Mackerel I'm unable to keep them inside the house.

I wrote to their [protected]@freshtohome.com and Grievance Officer But there is no response.

I want a refund of my money....

Order didnt get delieverd fully

Had ordered Chicken of 2Kg qty but recieved 1.5kg only using FreshtoHome app on 10th July 2022, Order No: E06B148573
Had guest at home it was so embarasssing.
Raised complaint on app, sent email to and Grievance.[protected]@freshtohome.com but no response, Ticket : Support Ticket Opened [#FT22H13375731]

Customer care number is not reachable, keep getting message "executive are busy".

Chicken/product not delivered

I had ordered 1 kg chicken curry cut on 11th June from fresh to home and selected the delivery slot between 7.00am and 10.30am on 12th and paid online. I received confirmation for the same. Untrained Delivery associates

I have reported numerous times to Freshtohome to train their delivery staff to use Maps since 3 years. But most of their delivery associates keep calling and disturbing me for address and directions.

FTH is customercare and grievance officer are good at giving bogus promises.
