FRIDGE — Return the product and refund my money ASAP

I have purchased a fridge from your company.
The images sent to me was good hence, i chose the product.
When it was delivered, the product is jung and the door is fully broken.
Hence, i want to return the product and i agreed with the lady that i will take the delivery charge as well.
The lady (i guess priya) told she will arrange the return with in sunday evening.
Now i am calling for n number of times, she is not even taking tha responsibilities to respond the call.
Non sense person.
When i am ready to take the delivery charge what is the problem.

another number [protected]- ameena was rudly talked to me and told CALL TO the SERVICE NUMBER. So she meant here once the product is sold, you people will not take any responsible... What is ### nonsense...

Respond me the branchdetails, so i will perosnally come and return this product...

Another thing... I was writing all this in CAPS but ur website is not allowing for the same... Don't even try my patience...
