I ordered washing machine on 13th Jan 2024 a second hand model. But the day i received it is not working, i tried to call the guy he told me technician will come and check but no one came after that he told me replacement will be given and driver will call you but no one called. Its been 10 days and it is still lying in my room and not working and everytime i call him they will make excuse and say they will do it tomorrow but they never do. They are scamming people and extracting money. I need my refund i don't want this defective product. Need help here. Was this information helpful? |
