I ordered washing machine on 13th Jan 2024 a second hand model. But the day i received it is not working, i tried to call the guy he told me technician will come and check but no one came after that he told me replacement will be given and driver will call you but no one called. Its been 10 days and it is still lying in my room and not working and everytime i call him they will make excuse and say they will do it tomorrow but they never do. They are scamming people and extracting money. I need my refund i don't want this defective product. Need help here.

We had requested a combination of a refurbished washing machine and refrigerator, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Initially, we were promised prompt delivery by 16th July 2023 and were shown branded models via WhatsApp, which we selected. However, on the delivery day, the sales executive informed us that the chosen products were out of stock and provided us with alternative models without prior notice. Given the time constraints, we reluctantly agreed to the new models.

Upon the delivery guy's arrival at 8:00 PM, we were shocked when he demanded the complete payment downstairs and asked for an additional Rs 600 for delivery, which was never communicated earlier. Despite our request to inspect the products before payment, we were denied the opportunity and had to pay the full amount and an extra Rs 500 downstairs.

To our dismay, after unpacking the washing machine, we noticed a leak in the pipe, which was not properly fitted to the tap. The delivery person assured us he would be available for support but did not provide any official documentation of the 1-year guarantee and free repair, which he later mentioned was an oversight due to their hurry. He hastily added the warranty information on the bill, but it wasn't comforting.

The ordeal worsened when we waited for the suggested two hours before unpacking the refrigerator, only to discover that it had a broken leg, a non-functional light inside, and, shockingly, electric shocks when touched. Attempts to reach the sales executive and the delivery person were in vain, and when we finally got through, promises of technician visits were not honored.

On 17th July 2023, we were assured a technician would arrive by 5:00 PM, but no one showed up. The following day, the same situation repeated, and the manager's contact provided to us proved useless as it was switched off. At this point, we decided to visit the shop to seek a resolution.

Upon reaching the location, we were astonished to find the delivery guy but under a different shop name. The shop owners were uncooperative, misbehaved, and didn't provide any useful assistance. They even refused to let the delivery person accompany us to the new location, leaving us without any support.

Ultimately, we were told your shop has been relocated to Rampura, 13kms away. Considering the grave issues we faced and the negative reviews we found online from other customers with similar experiences, we can't help but feel scammed and betrayed.

We are left with a broken refrigerator, a leaking washing machine, and a considerable financial loss of Rs 11, 500, not to mention an additional Rs 650 wasted on transportation to your previous shop location. We demand an immediate and appropriate resolution, either a full refund or an exchange of faulty products for functioning ones.

We just now hope for justice and a full refund If possible. And we hope proper legal action is taken against these people so that other people don't fall prey to their traps.

They delivered damaged and not working fridge. After contacting sales girl, she gave number to contact. After contacting him he responded after 3 days saying will replace the fridge. It's hard been 20 days now, nobody responds to call or messages . Whenever they respond its like will replace today, tomorrow, driver is not there even sometimes they say have delivered, driver will call you but no success. They are scamming people in Bangalore, please take some action.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. You should stop this company. They have provided the wrong product to us and after we contacted them they asked for 72 hours, but it's been 3 weeks now. They have blocked my number and don't pick up my call on WhatsApp.

I have purchased washing machine and fridge from frizty, to start with they are not at all clean. I understand it's second hand, products are not in a condition to sell. There is also problem with the fridge door and washing machine is not working in the first place, not in working condition and service people's phone is switch off most of the times and hardly respond when it is not.

All this is happening since 3 weeks.

Worst service i have ever seen.

We have bought a 2nd hand washing machine. It's been more than 2weeks that we have received the product but it's not working. We have been following up for last 15days but the support team is not cooperating at all. Support team is switching off the phone. They are not sending technician nor replacing product. Our life has been hell after buying the product from Fritzy. Worst place to opt.

I bought 2nd hand fridge from these people om 8may2023. The sales lady mostly talked on whatsapp. Said photos will be shared once product is ready for delivery but they did not shared sales lady said she forgot delivery was at late night 10:30pm delivery guy said dont open now after 2 hrs sprayed cockroach spray and all . We opened at 4 pm next day
It was smelling horrible and full.of roaches. And also wrong product interior was not same as shown in image.
Now not picking calls and not replying .

After that I raised a complaint and since then I have been following up till date and they promised to replace it but every week they are making one or the other excuse and not doing so.
I have all the Whatsapp chat that I had with the manager, Mujibur as well.

As the summer was approaching, I was searching for a second hand fridge in Feb'23. Found the ad from FRIZTY electronics on OLX. They reached out to me on WhatsApp and mentioned they sell fridge which is used for less than two years. Finalized a fridge for Rs. 5000 and paid 10% advance but they said they don't have same fridge and will send another similar model. The delivery was delayed by 1 day. Also, the fridge model was ten years old.br...

I ordered 5 star rating fridge from this electronic shop via olx. They delivered the fridge and told us not to.open it for 3 hours becoz of some gas issue. After we opened it we found that freezer door was missing and they stick 5 star rating sticker above its original 1 star rating sticker. I called their service number no one is picking. I called their manager he is also not picking my call. Its a fraud electronic shop don't ever purchase anything from it.

They gave me a washing machine which won’t even drain water. I started complaining since the day I got it. No response after that. The sales girl Samira and the manager number[protected]. No one is responding . I went to their store once but no use. All are workers . They were like it is the customer job to clean the washing machine and make it run. They will only provide the washing machine. The number they provided for free service won’t even work. Everything is a big scam.

I am new to Bangalore. on 5/8/2022 I bought a washing machine for 7k which they told me that it is including delivery charges and installation. It has 1 year WARRANTY, with 6 month free service. First time they came for delivery was in the n8 1:00 am. And I didn't took as it is no time to open for strangers. Later they delivered as requested, but the delivery persons took an extra 700 in the name of toll and extra charge as they worked hard. They haven't even installed it. Later when we tried it has been found that it is a default piece. I was informing and updating. As since the person whom I was dealing with was not feeling well during that time., I waited for 4 to 5 days. Later they started avoiding.. And asking for time. I gave you almost 1 month of time. Its like 2 days, 2 days.. So much disturbance.. With this kind of approach and service, we are fed up with them. They are not even refunding it. It is there fault.. They gave default piece.. Why should I suffer... I am going to take action and complaint.

(29/10/2022): The number posted telling that "Please call on this number, we will solve your problem" . they are not picking up the call or replying to my message.

I have sent legal notice on 21 September 2022 and waited for 1 month... If it was a mistake they would get a chance to rectify. But in vain. They didnt even responded to legal notice.
I have called them many times. I had a discussion with the manger. HE was like "Why to waste time? Your time is valuable" And then He said "Okay you give complaint we also bring our lawyer".

This is new type of scamming business targeting people who cant or wont file complain on them.
1 People who want to have temporary goods. They wont be having time to fight for these that too their amount range from[protected]. Which is not really big amount to fight. So, they leave and move on. Just imagine they do the same for 10 or 50 or 100 people. The amount is huge for them.
2 people who are poor and cant afford for new machine. They cant fight for these as they dont even know the process of complaining etc.

My brother went to shop too. yet they are so irresponsive.

There intelligence: They are stating no refund and they are giving non working machine.

Baught a goderaje refrigerator from Frizty Electronics on 18th March 2023 & they delivered it on night and told us not to switch on the refrigerator now turn it only after 3 hours since some gas may come out of it which would be in the entire house . By listening to them we switched on the refrigerator after three hours and we can hear some sounds in the compressor and thought it was working so we went to sleep switching on the refrigerator and while we check in the morning the refrigerator was very hot inside.. so in the morning itself is called the lady I used to talk while purchasing it and she told ok a technician will come and see the problem.
After 3 days the technician came and said there is some issue with it and we want to pay 490 rs for the parts that is going to replace. I refused to pay and called the store and the lady told me to pay & after a while she said ok let the technician speak and from their conversation I understood that it is the problem with the compressor and the only way is to replace the refrigerator.

I then talked with store representative and they said they will exchange the refrigerator till now (28 March 2023) they are not at all picking up my call and not responding to my message in WhatsApp.

So please don't buy anything from them.
They are completely fraud .
So if any responsible person seeing this message please do something..
Sue them please.
These kind of people are the main reason that if someone planning to settle in banglore may have trust issues to entire banglore wala people

We have received a damaged refrigerator and which is in warranty. Now they are not even picking our phone for the repairment.

Washing machine drum is having leak. Raised a complaint right after delivery.
They are not picking my calls now

I bought refrigerator in September from them.
First the condition of the fridge is too old, and they use black tape in so many places and there are dent on all over the body . I asked them why did they told me this is just 1 year in use. And they are replying with is it working or not ?
Now last Saturday it stopped cooling and I am trying to get a service and they are not responding, they keep cutting my calls.

I have ordered one second hand fridge and washing machine from Frizty electronics on 22 Jan 2023. Before hand itself, I told them that good quality products need to be delivered from their end. They delivered the item on 22 Jan evening itself, but they haven't provided inlet water connection, which they ensured that they will provide on 23 Jan 2023. I was trying to contact them, but they are not picking up the call. Also, since the complete items were wrapped, I couldn't see the bottom portions and aesthetic aspects of the items. Once they delivered and left, I checked the complete items. I have found the following issues with the items.
1. Bottom cover of washing machine is missing. Rats and other insects could get inside and damage.
2. So many dents and scratches on fridge.
3. The product delivered is different from what they have shown in the image (after comparing with the images).
4. Inlet connection for washing machine is missing, which they guaranteed.
5. Heater of washing machine is not working.
6. Cooling of fridge is not happening .
To inform these issues, I have tried to contact Ms. Varsha of Frizty electronics and she is not picking up the calls. Kindly take necessary action against them.
Already, I have paid a total amount of Rs 14000 for the same.

I will give 0 rating to FRIZTY electronics. Also I request to all don't buy any products from them. I got fridge from frizty on 4th Dec. 2022 but its not in good condition and no cooling and no light inside. Its like scrap condition item. After delivery this product delivery boy said if customers not satisfied the company will replace the product by 7 days or refund amount. But after delivery the product no response is getting from them. I was replaced the fridge with my good condition mini fridge but they have supplied very very poor and bad conditions fridge. Also, attached the video and photos.

Sales lady said will give free service for 1 year 6 months and 1 year 6 months warranty for the product includes compressor. But on invoice copy mentioned as 6 months service and 1 year warranty on product. I'm calling to sales girls and manager not getting any proper response from them.

I can't trust and believe to FRIZTY team members. Also, I m not satisfied with them.

Ordered a fully automatic washing machine and fridge from them. The washing machine never worked. Once the timer starts, it will stop after a bit and water will keep flowing without end. They said they provide free service but they always do not pick up the phone or keep it switched off and when they do pick up, they say they will come soon but never show up. The whole store is just scamming people. The 4.9 star rating has been botted as you can see the same name giving 5 star reviews with similar generic sentences.

The day we got delivery, the driver told us not to open the wrapping of fridge for atleast 3 hours.
The next day when we started the fridge, it was not cooling at all.
We called the sales person and told about the problem but no one was responding to the issue. This has happened to one of my friend too. Strict action needs to be taken against these frauds

I had ordered 1 single door fridge and one fully automatic top load washing machine from them on OLX.
They said these products will have free 6 months service and are in proper working condition.
The day we got delivery, the driver told us not to open the wrapping of fridge for atleast 3 hours.

The next day when we started the fridge, it was not cooling at all.
We called the sales person and told about the same.
To this they said technician will visit you soon and fix it.

The technician came after 1 month of continuous complaints.
Then he started demanding money for the repair of fridge.

Still he could not fix the fridge and told us that he will visit again as he need some mechanical part.

After 3 months of buying this crap, still there is no resolution.

I bought a refrigerator thru online in OLX on 29th June 2022. As and when it delivered post opening of fridge I saw door damaged...Inside light not available... vegetable trays not available also cooling is also not working. After I got contact details of this Agency (Fritzy Electronics), Called them for replacement on other day. Since that day till today (Sept 14th) They didn't responded. I approached to thier office multiple times to talk directly with them but of no use. Many many many times called them not responding... texting them also of no use. Asked them to return money but not responding.

The picture they sent was good products but they sent the same models a defected piece, and there were coakroaches inside and whole thing was shaking.
I know its a waste complaining here too, but Indian customers doesn't have any other options left right?
