I placed an order for 10 kg of Ratnagiri Hapus mangoes on 23 March 2022 on this company's website. I paid Rs. 564.04 on line with a debit card, which have been deducted from my account. Afterwards, I found out from internet that this is a fake company. There is no proper physical address on their website. Today, on 25 March 2022, I have sent an email to [protected]@gmail.com to cancel my order and refund Rs. 564.04 to me ASAP.
Please assist me in getting the refund. Thanks.

if this was marked as resolved w/o your explicit feedback - maybe someone from "fruitdeal.in" "told" the site owners todo so?
I want to know how many such cases were actually resolved/compensated the victims by owners of this site? i.e legally proceeded against ? or does it just save complaints?
