We are representing a company called workerappz, which is at the moment engaged with company named fugenx technologies pvt. Ltd. (www.fugenx.com) for mobile application
Development & integration project. The project started in november 2017 and the payment was also made in advance as per proposal but not even 5% of the work has been delivered by fugenx till the deliverable date of 2nd feb 2018.

Fugenx kept on postponing the project delivery by giving us false promises and project delivery dates. Fugenx project manager, delivery manager, sales team started
Ignoring our calls, emails and skype messages and no acknowledgement from team.

Fugenx kept on pushing delivery dates but not delivered. Due to failure in project delivery by fugenx our company workerappz lost face in front of our investors and
Also time, value and reputation. This whole incident spoiled our company's image and investors lost trust in our company.

Investors were compelled to give the job to another company.in the bargain, we have lost our credibility and reputation, notwithstanding the investment in our other projects.

We are not asking for any compensation, though it is in our right to do that due to fugenx delays, but requested with fugenx to return our legitimate money but fugenx
Not refunded our advanced payment as well.

We have also requested with fugenx to resolve the issue in an amicable and reasonable manner but no co-operation from them and all our efforts failed hence we are forced
Now to formally submit complaint with your authorized body.


Your personal intervention is needed to get us out of this precarious situation where on one side we have lost our hard-earned name and fear that may lose the
Investment too, if some course correction is not done on time.

Through you, we need to correct such companies, who have very reputed client names on their websites, based on which they take the new assignments, and then offer very shoddy treatment and don’t return their advances. This may be creating a wrong image in the mindset of the foreign company, who looks to india, for quality work and timely deliveries.
