I borrowed a personal loan from fullerton india, nagpur branch, a few years ago. Due to some crisis, i failed to continue some emi's, so from last week, i don't know how they accessed on my contact list and started calling and abusing to my family, relatives, office colleagues, and office landline. They are calling and talking in abused language about me at my working place. Which leads us to mental stress and uncomfortable environment where you work.
I received the following response, which is mention below and in this email, vendor requesting further details on the email address "[protected]@fullertonindia.com"

Sorry for my delayed response, i was unable to access the forum website because it is logged in with my facebook account credentials. And in fear of how you people are getting access to my personal and official contacts and contacting them and talking about me in a very bad way and embarrassing me at my place of work. I have disabled my facebook account. As now reactivated my account and gain access to this forum page. I will share the requested details thru an email today.
