delay in noc

As per email request recieved for Closure of PL (LAN 2195634) I have close the Loan on 25th October 2019, also amount got debited from my bank account. Still why there is delay in providing NOC i dont know. Already 5 days went. Just they simple email we will reply you after 3-4 days. They doesnt understand the importance of the persons need.

Please share me the noc ASAP fro my loan closure....

I have burrowed rs 33348 from phone par loan app
Given by fullerton india bank for 18 months
Whose emi was 2491
But bank deducted 3101 rs instead of 2491
I tried a lot to contact customer care and logging loan account but neither i was able to login nor contacting customer care
Are the bank is fraud
Let me know the loan statement
There app also not working as i used to log in the app shows error
Also while chating to comp. Master they reply sorry this time i can't solve ur problem

      5 emis went and 6th of 5th nov, however i want to foreclose as soon as possible for home purchase.

      I have given token of home purchase and want to proceed with home loan but fullerton emi is obligation for my home loan, my 5 emis has went and 6 emi will debit on 5th november.

      Please let me know i want to foreclose the personal loan as soon as possible, whatever charges and interest you will take on 5th november which is 6th emi iam ready to pay the same. Also i am ready to pay the amount in cash.

      Please understand my situation and please help me in getting solution on same i will be very thankful to you.

I got email saying all LOAN Closure will happen by 4th Nov. Further again i received new email saying we will reply by 7th Nov.

        I borrowed a personal loan from fullerton india, nagpur branch, a few years ago. Due to some crisis, i failed to continue some emi's, so from last week, i don't know how they accessed on my contact list and started calling and abusing to my family, relatives, office colleagues, and office landline. They are calling and talking in abused language about me at my working place. Which leads us to mental stress and uncomfortable environment where you work.

        I received the following response, which is mention below and in this email, vendor requesting further details on the email address "[protected]@fullertonindia.com"

              I have taken a loan of Rs. 150, 000 from Fullerton about 2 years ago. Last month I called the Dharamshala branch that I want to clear my loan amount and I was surprised that they told me that I still have to pay around 1.2 lakhs to clear the loan. Then I did some digging. While I was taking the loan I was told that the interest I have to pay will be between 14-18% but I just get to know that Fullerton is charging me 40.50% interest. I have been paying 6, 424 INR per month from last 2 years and still 2 years left . Isn't this a foul play. I want an answer over this.

                My emi deducted twice and excess amount not refunded even after several emails. Also provided cancelled cheque as per the requirement. Please help and resolve it. Emi was of rs. 4029 and deducted twice. Trying to reach them but not getting proper reply even on email they are not replying.                   The above-mentioned guy is very unethical and doesn't have a basic sense o[censored]nderstanding.

                  I had taken a personal loan from fullerton in sept'15 and my last ecs is on 4th oct'19, for the past 44 months i have been regular with my account and just for last 3-4 months there is some discrepancy because of some personal turmoil which absolutely my fault and no one has to be blamed.

                  I had given my contact details like my number and email id, but since i have been working abroad for the last 2 years my number is not working but pretty much accessible on my email id. I was never sent any reminders or any warning, my last emi paid was july'19 august i missed and sept is due on 4th.

                  But still, these people went to my care off address and have created a scene, threatening my relatives which is a real shame.

                  This guy is a serial offender of behaving in such manner and still, there is no step taken to correct his behavior or his working style is very disappointing.

                  There was a clear discussion with Mr. Arun, that I would be clearing my outstanding by paying a monthly basis suddenly he is threatening me if don't clear the entire amount today itself he would send guys to my relative's place. I am liable to pay and would surely pay as it is I have one more ECS in next month on 4th Sept'19 but this guy is just not ready to listen and understand. i am paying the amount of 8785 rupees tomorrow i have added benificary but can only transfer the amount tomorrow.

                  I am responding to all his messages i am okay to converse in email, since i am in abroad i am ok to call him whenever he wants but i seriously dont want anyone barging to my relatives place. i am repeating myself again i am liable and i will pay regularly henceforth but any sort of threathning or barging to anyones house i am not ging to entertain. i have paid around 4lakh rupee so far paying another 40-50k is not an issue its just i cant pay the entire amout at one go.

                  I dont want anyone going anywhere if i am not responding through whatsapp or email u guys can send but withouth that if someone barges house or force for anything it would seriously lead to unwanted situation.

                    I am sanjeev kumar from delhi i apply a loan from qbera (https://qbera.com) of 1.5 lakh and they provide of a rs 2 lakh from fullerton india (https://www.fullertonindia.com).I told both the company but they reply after one months. I signed a agreement of rs 1.5 lakh. I frustrated by both the replies.in 1.5 lakh i have to approx 40 thousand but in 2 lakh amount i have to pay 80 thousand. I said i forward the extra amount but they not ready they said that you have to first transfer whole amount then they reapply the new loan of rs 1.5 lakh. Also they said they not do write any paper that you will provided the new loan also not guarantee for providing my loan. I totally frustrated of them. So i advised all of you donot apply for loan for such companies. You can see the loan disbursal amount and agreement copy below.

                      I took a personal loan from fullerton india in 2016. Agent said me interest rate 12.5%..
                      I paid it for 3 years. I took 1.5 lac and i got around 1.4 lac. Now i paid 2.5 lac or more. When i enquired about closing loan they are saying i have to pay again 75%. Only now i could know they charge 36.5% interest and 7% closure charge which is purely illegal. I couldnt pay 2 month emi.
                      Now they are calling and harasing.
                      Its a gang of criminals.. Worst company i have ever seen. Purely criminals

                        I borrowed a personal loan from fullerton india, nagpur branch, a few years ago. Due to some crisis, i failed to continue some emi's, so from last week, i don't know how they accessed on my contact list and started calling and abusing to my family, relatives, office colleagues, and office landline. They are calling and talking in abused language about me at my working place. Which leads us to mental stress and uncomfortable environment where you work.

                          This is to inform you that I had requested for the closure of Personal Loan before 21st of August 2019 & you are responding on 26 of August 2019. After getting complaints on Consumer Forum, so in this case I, Vivek Nain is not liable to pay the EMI for the month of September as per your letter.
                          Screenshot of the same is attached for your reference.
                          As I am waiting in your Office Near Gokhale Marg, Lucknow. There is some issue in CRM as they are asking me to come another day.
                          Ask from them to take the amount as mentioned in the Letter. I don't want to pay the EXTRA AMOUNT because of FULLERTON TEAM DELAY.

                            I wish to bring to your notice that i am being harassed mentally and asked for paying the personal loan amount for the past 1 week, though i didn’t take any kind of personal loan from fullerton. Fullerton india was claiming that i took 6 lakhs of loan from them.

                            I am asked to repay the loan amount.

                            When i refused a similar favour on repay the loan, i was threatened with illegal steps. They called me several times and used abusive words which is unacceptable. Even they harassed my wife by calling everyday around 40 time each day on her office number and embarrassed her in office premises, also used abusive words to her and her colleagues. The lady who was claiming her name ‘reshma’ was calling my friends and colleagues to pressurised me to repay the amount and threatened them too.

                            I am mentioning the numbers below from where the call was coming

                                Hi, i continued to have relationship with fullerton for the past 7 years and this is my third loan top up. i paid almost 2 years for this loan, due to reduced salary structure in the cooperative system. My son had a very bad loss owing which i lost my house and not able recover from those losses. From pondicherry one female & a manager is using abusive language over the phone for recovery. They are threatening me over the phone. Kindly make necessary action failing will lead to my health issues as i am 57 years completed.

                                  I am taken this loan long time back 145000/- and i was paid near about 3 years,
                                  They tolled me you can pay 30000/- we are clear your interest amount but they don't
                                  I was paying last year june 2018 but after that i was facing some financial problem and i lost job also i was face divorced problem and meanwhile from company side one person he always connect with mr. Sajjan he know each and everything he came to my home so many times.
                                  He know dec-2018 i was faced miscarriage and i am not well i have one more surgery, and this company tourcher me for money

                                  When i was take this loan they tolled me policy is required if you will be not able paying then we can recover from your policy,
                                  But they tolled me its not possible policy is not valid

                                  True this company is total fraud company and they hire all bad people for recovery they can use bad word with you, my loan amount is 145000 i can paid 3 years still they said now my loan amount is 3lak,
                                  Please last few years what i am paying

                                  Government need very strong action against this company otherwise because of this company so many faced suicide due never finish loan amount and bad recover agent.

                                  Please help me otherwise for this company i will also claim suicide,
                                  I dint have job and dint have money please help me this company are total fraud company and they hire very bad people for recover and mentally harassment.

I payed a cheque to close the loan on 16 th july, but due to overwriting issue, i came to know this got bounced. So i called fullerton customer care and reported the same and i am ready to issue new cheque. But they told they need time and waited till end of july month yet it was not cleared so i had to pay august month emi. Again contacted fullerton, they says need more time for sytem updation

                                    They informed by 10th august, i will be receiving a update andon 10th received a mail, it will take 17th august. I think they will extend it till my next emi time. Please help so that i do not need to pay next emi. I am ready to pay whole amount and close my loan.
                                    Am not able to close the loan form july 16th because their system is not updated. Saying this, they already made me pay one emi,

                                      28 jun 2019, i got a call from "prathi" (Fullerton agent, bangalore. Mobile number [protected]),

                                      She offered me, you will get 50% to waver for on your penalty charges if you paid on the same day (28 jun 2019) and also you will get it noc within 15 days on your address. So i have done the payment at the same time only (Reference number: qhdf[protected]) but till date, i didn't receive noc. One more issue is someone saying to me you have to do payment again at on call.
