On 17/09/2022 I installed app called Rupaykey for emergency loan purpose, I was done with KYC and logged in. There was only option displaying on page i.e., Check loan availability, I just clicked on option to check my loan details. After that it was showing like processing, within 2 mins I got 2400rs 5 times and 2100rs 1 time credited to my account without applying or submitting. Now it is showing repayment of 27000 in total that to in 7 days tenure. My date falls on 23/09/2022 which i don't want to pay any extra for them. I sent mail to customer care also ([protected]@gmail.com) but no response, Also I messaged to their no also +[protected] still no response. Please help on this issue before they call and threaten me.

I approached to my loan care for transferring my loan from ICICI bank to State Bank of India. Your executives Amit and Harish came to my home and collected cheque of 11600/ for the purpose. Even after providing all available relevant documents they informed me on 25 June that the transfer has been rejected but cheque was cashed.
