28 jun 2019, i got a call from "prathi" (Fullerton agent, bangalore. Mobile number [protected]),

She offered me, you will get 50% to waver for on your penalty charges if you paid on the same day (28 jun 2019) and also you will get it noc within 15 days on your address. So i have done the payment at the same time only (Reference number: qhdf[protected]) but till date, i didn't receive noc. One more issue is someone saying to me you have to do payment again at on call.

I had taken personal loan from fullerton india. Upto 1 year i was regular in emi payment when suddenly due to some emergency i had financial crisis due to which 1 was unable to pay 3 months emi. But after that i started paying again but can afford to pay 1 month emi only. Till date i am paying same. The person who is in contact with me is already aware of the situation but since i am not paying my backlog they are using unethical ways of recovering money. Every alternate 7 days they are sending representative to my home even though they are aware i am at work place and then they have started a practice of forcing my parents and recovering money.

I urge people not to take any personal loan from such cheap company with cheap people sitting in it. I have already written to their consumer redressal but it seems they too are involved in not to help customers.

Writing here only because others should come to know truth sbout cheap company before taking loan.

I have asked for a loan for 1 lac the agent name
Sarvesh pandey said he will do it just send him the amount of 4000. So I gave it to him on 4th march through google pay that is 4000 and 2000 cash after that he never showed his face and whenever we use to call he was rude and used profarnity over the call not answering our call to. I have attached the photo on which he has his number. Please look into this. I believe not all are same in Fultron whom you will understand. Dear sir fullerton india i took a laon for 50000 bank debited every month emi but past month fullerton has submitted 03 ecs for auto debited due to this bank charged 590+590+590 because balance not available in my account why 03 ecs fullerton submitted i lost 1770 rs because of fullerton mistake i want my money back please help through consumer court

I took personal loan from fullerton india and was continously paying the emi but due to some financial crisis. I have some outstanding emis and now the recovery agents are calling me and my family including my facebook friends and relatives to defame us.
I am continously requesting the time i need for the settlement as currently i don't have enough money to repay the whole loan.
Since i am not intentional defaulter i am just asking for some time.
And requesting to not call any of our relatives or friends or neighbours.
We are getting so much of mental harassment than we need immediately

I have applied personal loan of 3 lakhs 50 thousand from one of your executive vitthal, i clearly told him i want loan from bank he provided 1.5 lakhs loan from hdfc bank with 13 % rate of interest but i requested 3.5 so he gave me fullerton option and he sanctioned 1lakhs 80 thousand ka loan with 29% rate of interest without my knowledge also he did not took my signature he signed my all documents himself, and now i am suffering major health issues along with financial issue so i was not able to pay my emi's and recovery are harrasing me and my family, even though i never used that money because my friend pooja nimbalkar called me to join one businees project which is qnet it is scam fraud company that day i denied to her but she came to me more than 10 times hence i started that business and she gave my file to vitthal for personal loan because giving file she will get her commission also when i will sign up in business she will get reference amount, once i join qnet i got to knw it is scam n fraud but still i thought i have work with qnet business i invested my more than 3 lakhs in this no other option that time i worked with qnet 2 years but 0 % profit but till now i m paying my loans emi but due to some health issue i m unable to pay, so request you to give me some solution, need justice for being cheated, need waiver for this, need waiiver for harrasment otherwise will wright dis all things to court.

I gave it so that i will be able to receive loan inatantly.

Sir I have closed ur account on 14/1/2017 by paying all the dues towards me.that time you have stated that you will clear my cibil within 6 months and you will provide me NOC regarding your dues. But you hadn't made all those things so it badly effects on my cibil. Plz sir provide me NOC and clear my cibil. It's my humble request to you as your customer.

It's been 20 years of my professional life but I never came across such an unprofessional organization in my life ever. Fullerton India are the goons who can cross all the professional limits to harass a customer and thus doesnt end up here they will mess up the life of all family members, further the relatives of the other members of the family.
they will have 6 to 8 people at a time to hack clients personal account and keep bothering you being their clients family member
then when they call u they will leave you in terror saying that they have all rights on this earth to operate and call everyone and anyone in their family to take their money..
a loan if Rs 1 lac is being recovered with 39% + roi from client where as when client signed the form.that form was all blank. installment of 3750 was suppose to be paid in 36 months and after 29 months the client asked to give a clearance as she wanted to pay the balance payment of 7 installments in one shot but when got the details they say it was for for 49 months. and everyone is in shock. they have started harassing to an extent where the person really get suicidal thoughts ..Some Mr. Dadar suddenly came out from beneath the earth and started calling the clients family to either pay off or get ready for the consequences.
we as a family member and our relatives are actually worried what's next..

I took 1, 82, 506 rs of Loan 27th Aug 2018 for tenure of 61 months
with High Interest rate of 24% and monthly EMI of 5251
Agents misguiding by telling us that Interest rate 16%

As per RBI policy Interest rate is very high

LTD and paying all EMI's with there charges. Hence I have taken the loan amount statement from FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT CO. LTD and found that whatever paid amount to FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT CO. LTD is deducting INTEREST not an taken loan amount. My agreement number is [protected] and Branch address is 0338_KRN_BEL_BELGAUM. The loan amount taken date is 09/02/2018. If I am going to ask them regarding paid amount they will answer that they will deduct first Interest and then I have to pay loan amount. Kindly help out from this and suggest.

Very poor n fake service provider u are... Your team has collected all the document for business loan and after approval and verification they are saying that your loan has been rejected due to some penal charges on your previous loan. You people just harass the customer without knowing and after collecting a lot of documents. Shame on your poor and fake service.

My father is 70 year old in march he is suffered heart attack and admitted hospital one month. She abused my parents (Sale kutte) such type language used
I request to hard to hard punishment for such type lady and respect for all senior citizen in india

Hello, i have taken loan from fullerton india.. I paid installments regularly earlier but due to i lost my job and my financial situation getting worst i couldn't pay some installments. Now they are calling and behaviour like goons to me and also calling my nephew and other family members. I told them to give me some time to settle everything but they are not understanding anything. Each and every day different persons calling and behaving like goons to me. I am tired about this. They have charged 48% rate of interest and this thing was hired before passing the loan. They have many hidden charges also.. So please take some action against them.

Please stop this messaging service in my number ([protected] korba, cg) because i don’t have any running loan with fullerton india. And still receiving these texts for 1 year. I’ve called thousand times in fullerton regarding this but still i’ve these issues.
And please please completely remove my number ([protected]) from fullerton’s record. And find out those # guy who is using my number.

My name is vidhya from madurai. I have taken a loan on 2012, for 24 months emi due to some issues one cheque was bounsed and the same month it was cleared on that time im not get any information on charges. When iam asking about the noc letter they were said there is some charges for cheque bousing around 1200 at that time im not clear about that.
