Loan account number "[protected]"

I want to close this loan account by making the payment. However fullerton india is not helping with this loan closure. Everytime they say foreclosure team will call back. However no one from that team calls back. Reason given is number not reachable. However their top-up team calls 3-4 times a day and somehow they are able to get through.

I have all the call recordings and emails where i have requested for the loan closure before 5th september (Emi date).

I also requested them to cancel my ecs. They refused to do so.

The customer service team refuses to give contact details of the foreclosure team and keeps saying i will get a call back.

Kindly help as i cannot pay 2 emis. I want to close this one.

      Please read the points with little patience:
      1. I was in need of money for my father carcinoma treatment, so i approached sr nagar fullerton branch for personal loan in feb 2013.
      2. Fullerton employee named mr. Raju checked my salary slips bank statement and other documents and informed me i can get a loan of one lakh at that time my salary was 12, 800/- per month. He informed me the rate of interest for loan would be is 18.25% emi 4, 641/- 48 months.
      3. I accepted the loan and an amount of 1, 08, 518/- was deposited in my account on[protected] by fullerton. I am thankful that helped my father’s treatment.
      4. I paid emis regularly upto 16 months and suddenly i got a phone call from mumbai customer care service saying that i am eligible for a top up loan of 50, 000/-
      5. I accepted the top up loan, i asked the lady in phone call about the rate of interest for top up loan. She answered me that their executive will come to my home.
      6. Next day their sales executive mr. Prasad came to my home and took my documents for process and he took all my signatures on loan agreement letter without filling the rate of interest and loan principal amount.
      7. Next day he called me and said i got a top up loan of rs 49, 669/- for lesser rate of interest when compare to main loan and emi slightly increased to 5, 944/-
      8. I got rs 49, 669/- in my account the next day on[protected] with emi 5, 944/- i paid for 10 months regularly.
      9. Suddenly i got a call again from fullerton mumbai customer care saying i am eligible for top up loan 50, 000/-
      10. At that time my father condition was critical. He was under radiation and chemotherapy treatment so immediately i accepted the loan.
      11. Same executive mr prasad came to my home and took my documents again and informed me that i am eligible for 55, 220/- with lesser the rate of interest compare to the first top up loan.
      12. Emi slightly increased to 6, 890/- for which i paid 33 emis regularly and i cross checked the amount paid by me till date and amount credited by fullerton in my account as shown in the table.
      13. I called to sales executive and was informed by sales team that my first loan rate of interest was 34.55%. But i was informed at the time of loan process 18.25% by mr. Raju at sr nagar ameerpet branch.
      14. It was too late by me to realize and to calculate the amounts. I paid nearly 1.5laks more than what fullerton has deposited in my account.
      15. I went to their office in begumpet and collection dept manager is saying to pay me 92, 914/- which is completely injustice to consumer.
      16. He informed me to pay 40, 000/- for settlement of loan and my cibil credit will be 480points with negative loan records as in future i will not get any loans from any banks
      17. Is this not fair from fullerton india credit co ltd., as i am a common person of this country. I am not a corrupted person to have black money and give to you. All i earn is of my blood and sweat hard earned money.
      18. I have to feed my family house rent, milk bill electric bills food health then i have little savings that hard earned savings i am paying as emi to fullerton.
      19. Kindly look in my issue and please give me loan closure letter with positive cibil report.

      Finally i got NO help from Fullerton Mumbai Head Office team.

      As i Mortgaged my Mother gold in Muthoot Finance borrowed money and paid to Fullerton 45, 000/- on 28.08.2018

      Please have a glance at the Attachments of Screen shot of money receipt send by Hyderabad collection team and they have given me a settlement letter.

      I got a SMS as cash received by Fullerton India.

      1. Total Amount deposited by Fullerton in my Bank account Rs 2, 13, 407/-
      2. Total Amount deposited by me in Fullerton Account Rs. 4, 06, 066/-
      3. Rate of interest 34.55%, 32.10% and 25.50%
      4. Finally i paid double the amount i borrowed from Fullerton India.
      5. But Now i am not eligible for any further Bank loans, since my CIBIL score is low made by Fullerton India as my loan is not cleared but settled.

                I have applied for the home loan from your company. I have submitted the required document for the home loan and it got approved but due to some survey report delay from the local mro office all the loans on this area went on hold and those people have taken around 3 months to release it.

                In meanwhile i have paid the amount asked by the executive and i was been informed that i need to pay an amount of 9000 per month before the original loan amount disbursed. I am paying that too every month from 4 months. I got a few calls asking for the survey documents, i have stated that i am waiting for it.

                When we got the survey papers and submitted them. The executive informed me after a couple of weeks that my loan is closed which was very shocking and upset. This is pure unprofessional negligence that has cost me very much. Since you have closed the loan you need to inform me up front which is not done till now. I did not get any acknowledgment too by email or message. Now the executive is telling me to keep the loan from scratch by giving all the documents again. (The strange part the executive was not aware of my loan cancellation and how to sort the situation still he is asking to wait?)

                I am very upset with kind of support. Please return all the documents which i have submitted earlier and also return all the amount which i have paid earlier. I have really wasted my time and effort. The service provided by the company is very bad.

                    Due to some medical reason I had take loan from Fulletron India pvt ltd. I am paying regular EMI. This month I delayed for few days now their employee Mr Jadhav is telling me that if I not pay amount today (31/07/18) he will going to kill me. He is abusing me on telephone. I am ready to pay today but I cant pay online I requested him to collected amount from me, still he is abusing me. He told me if I will not pay online their team will beat me. My life is in danger. if anything happens to me Fullerton is responsible

                      I have had issues with Fullerton India Credit Company Limited with my loan.
                      1. The first complaint is that the customer services are all liars. It has been few months now and they have registered my complaint 8 times. I have never heard from them anytime till date and every time when the new customer services agent I contact has no idea of the discussion or the complaint that has been raised nor they have placed any comments as to what my issue was. Back in Friday July 13, 2018. One of the lady confirmed this and asked sorry with me. But even she has not provided any solution. The request I raised all this while was to get my EMI date to get changed from 4th of every month to 7th of every month. The Mangalore branch says they cannot change the date, but one of the customer services guys confirms and asks me to get the Branch manager on call so he will get it done. But all these while I’ve been charged for penalty for payment delay which no one is concerned about. All this delay caused me nothing but penalty by penalty every month. Pathetic customer services. I have the call recording where the customer services agent Usman Malik from Delhi asks me to get the Branch Manager on call for him to change the EMI dates.
                      2. Now on July 16th I was auto debited for the penalty charges. Yes, I had received a message from Fullerton. Surprised with this, I again called Delhi call centre to know about this. I was happy when they mentioned that I can ignore this message as Fullerton will not auto debit like this from their customers account. Apparently yes, I had only given them the authority to debit my account for EMI and nothing else. So how can they auto debit it from my account without my authority. That would be a fraud charge and we can sue them. But they did auto debit this. First of all, not even call centre nor the local branches have any knowledge about it. When asked even they were surprised about it. I have call recordings of one of the branch employee confirming that Fullerton do not auto debit anything but EMI amount from their customer’s account.

                      I would need these issues to be addressed at the earliest or I will go to court. I have received feedbacks from many about their experiences with Fullerton, but I did not believe it. Now I am let down by you guys. I never expected this kind of services.

                      First of all, how would you run such a large business when you do not have the required tools to keep your own staffs up-to-date with the company’s progress and the information of any new updates?

                      How can a customer support give wrong information?

                      how can a local branch employee give a wrong information?

                      How did government give a licence to someone to do business in all over India, who do not have the tools to manage the business?

                            I had personal loan in fulletron india as loan account [protected] and it's total outstanding amount 16659 Rs i had Paid on line on 3rd July 18, as per customer care guidelines and they told that within 7 days your account Will be closed and after 35 to 45 days it will updated in cibil account, but my problem is today already 10july18, till showing outstanding amount 6700Rs, yester day I contacted customer care for no due certificate they told that your request has been issued, it will take another one week to clarify regarding this issue, please do the needful

                                Hi I have taken loan in above mentioned finance company now I want to close that loan because rate of interest is too high. I have taken loan 3, 15, 000 and I paid 6 months EMI but they are telling me to pay 3, 24, 000 because they are charging 7% on outstanding amount and GST.

                                I requested them to reduce foreclosure charges but they are telling it's not possible and they didn't inform me before I have to pay 7% prepayment charges
                                So I wanted to know prepayment charges as per RBI

                                    Ms sangita rani took loan no [protected], of rs 174140, statement shows net disbursement of rs 167000/- however account was credited for rs 156000/-, where is remaining amount, why insurance was done without consent, full amount should have come to account, then only payment of any insurance should have taken. Disbursement should come complete in account only.

                                    Agent said rate of interest id 18 % i have recording available for same, however it is 36 % as per statement, you are looting poor people, give me refund of insurance, and health checkup coupons sold i have not, sangita have not used any such coupon, and close loan account.

                                    Not just me, but we 20-30 people were looted giving false info.

                                      I didn’t have any complaint or problem with the services that you provide
                                      And how your employee provide them but i am very sorry to inform you that

                                      I feel that she is angry with something and not taking to me very well,
                                      Giving bad words, for ex:-
                                      I politely asked her if i have done something wrong and she again rudely treated me and not only that i have help her giving contact details of that person who have taken loan.
                                      Very bad words she has given to me.
                                      I honestly don’t know if i have somehow done something wrong or if she was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat clients and customers and i strongly protest it.
                                      I hope you will take notice of this misfortune and asked that lady what the original problem was and if i had offended her in some way or something else.
                                      I hope you will take care of this matter and inform me i won’t have to face the same problem again or i will consider my other options

                                        Every month 3 times they are depositing ecs for the month of May they are no rules simply they are telling we can not do anything that is system update others bank can not represente ecs for 2nd time this Fullerton is submitted 3times every month they can solve immediately or ealse I can go to consumers court
