I had taken a pl and couldn't pay few instalment due to job change. A official from surat caĺed and my brother had cleared that let us know the settlement amount we would like to close the loan. He said a particular amount but we asked him to reduce so that i can pay it at one time. He said he will let us know. Yesterday suddenly a call came from mumbai or surat branch to my husband and that bloody rascal used abusive language. He even said that he will keep on harassing us again. I don't understand when there was a situation when i agreed to clear the amount y anybody had to call n do that. Now i need an apology letter from him or company then only clear the amount. His name he mentioned was nikhil anyone should rather go and use same language for his mother wife and sister.

Fultron employees are breaking law and informing others about my debt.
Instead of talking and resolving with me, theyre threatening others who have nothing to do with my debt.
They not only calling but sharig my financial debt and others details to people who has nothing to do with me..
I am soon filing a conplain to bank obdusman and consumer court if this issue isnt resolved here

I had taken rs.50000 loans from the company, at that time i was told that i would get rs 50000 and your emi would be rs 2000 for three years.
But later my emi made 4 years and the interest rate was 37%. And given 40000 rupees.
Then when i talked, he said that if you give only 3 months' emi, then we will reduce your interest rate but there is no action yet.
Now, i want to close my loan, now the company is saying that you have to pay rs. 54, 000 to stop the loan, i have given 8 emi so far but the amount of loan has not been reduced.
So please help me what i do for this fraud

Please confirm the status of my petrol claim, as i am following up since long but no action has been taken but mails. Please confirm a date till when the claim will be released.

Also please confirm if there is any documentation is pending at my hand. As i am needy of the same. I am following up for the same since last 6 month while the claim is older than 10 month. I am following up by mails, calls and also visited to the branch several times. But no action has been taken yet. Please give me a confirmed time lap so that i don't need to follow up before the date.

What is the service you guys are providing for the customer.? I already lodged several complaints (Complaint no #[protected] against your third-party recovery agent so many times, but still am getting calls from them with arrogant and rude behavior.

Don't you guys have any discipline or manners to talk on a call with the customer because after several warnings still they are calling me and harassing me also no actions was taken from your side even after highlighting the same.?

Am not going to pay a single penny if still ​this continues and would lodge a police complaint, also would file harassment case in consumer forum.

If a customer misses the emi and was not able to pay the emi, i don't think he​ ​should suffer from such kind of​ ​harassment. I​ ​do apologize for the delay in payment but i assure to foreclose the account asap because of your high rate of interest and for your​ ​horrible treatment. Kindly give me some time​ ​to close the account asap.

Dear concern,

My name is amit sharma. I am eligible for loan amount of 2.80 lakh. Already send all the required documents on both whatsapp no. [protected] and [protected] provided on me by sms. Also uploaded required documents on https://fullertonapply.online/ portal on 02/12/2017. But still no further process completed by fullerton india and same message is shown on online portal "your loan application is on hold due to some additional document". Snapshot attached with this mail. Also your all e-mail showing error "address not found". No response is coming from mobile numbers.

Sir I'm Syed Tabres, madurai having personal loan with account number 168647 at Fullerton, every month 4 is my loan due date and was deducted correctly up-to Nov 2017, but as per my bank account details on 5th dec Im having balance 6546 which is enough for my loan due, ..but I got msg on 6 th Dec 2017 tat my loan due amount was bounced...kindly take necessary actions against this.. And help me by getting negative credit scores for future Topup of loan and other banking services with fullerton...Thanking you

My loan account no. Was [protected] with name of sharad soni, indore. I have settled that account on condition of to clear my cibil and you agreed for that.

But till date cibil showing settled status, that's why i can't apply for any type of funding.

So, please remove settled status as you committed other wise i will file a complaint in consumer forum and you will be responsible for all damages.

This is with regards to the personal loan no : [protected]. Fullerton company executive have taken my documents for applying for the loan. I asked specifically for the interest rate and they quoted me 11.5% and agreed to give my other documents for the loan. But to my surprise they have disbursed the loan amount with an interest rate of 15.6% without taking any consent from me as well as no-one from the company side to call me for the verification purpose of the documents. Such a pathetic company with no due diligence and verification team. I am terribly disappointed with the fullerton and filing a complaint for the same

Goons from fullerton india is calling from [protected] number bothering, threatening and defaming my name for recovery of my wife's pre marriage loan. My wife took a loan before marriage and i am not responsible for her pre marriage debt. You should go o her parents not me or my family members. If this kind of call came again or any misbehave will happen again i am definitely going to drag you to the court and will take serious legal actions against you.

If it will not resolved on urgent basis i am going to call police and will file a complaint against the company.

My loan had already been closed. But no due certificate has not at all received. I made lot of complaints. If it is delayed further i will send a lawyer notice. And further for my inconvenience i will approach consumer forum and you have to pay all the expenses for undue delay to a senior citizen your company is harassing me alot my date of birth is 09/03/1954. Fullerton india has been harassing me, ms. Bhakti anup khilnani by calling my friends and relatives alleging that i have taken a personal loan from them along with my father mr. Anup khilnani. At present i am residing in dubai and they do not have my international contact number, however continue calling me on my india number. Recently they called my fiancé's friend asking about me and also putting false claim that i have taken the loan and defaulted!!! Which is not at all true. The lady also claimed that i have given my fiancé's friends personal information and illegally gained access to his residential address, date of birth etc., details which she had obtained from some social website. To support my complaint i am attaching my cibil report in which all the active and loans are reflecting which has no mention of any company as fullerton india. These guys even threatened to call my in-laws as they are aware of my impending marriage in 2018.

Earlier in 2014 when i was working with a company in india, they had called there too and spread fake news that i had taken loan and had defaulted, causing lot of humiliation for no mistake of mine.

I humbly request you to take a serious action against such fraud company which harasses the relatives of the person who has taken loan and is defaming the innocent ones.

This was funny happening this company has given personnel loan of 1.58 l before taking from them my cibil score was 808 now after taken loan from them and with out intimation only for matter of 262 rs due they raised complaint to me and issued legal notice
Here i am adding except this i don't have any problem with others proof of abidance also i submitted.
With this reason my cibil rating come down to 577 if i made any defaulters for others also my mistaken. Proof of docs added
So what i have to do with these people for a matter of rs 262/- my cibil gone down from 808 to 577.

Hello, i called in fullerton customer care service, i was haveing concern regarding my online application for personal loan, which was not done so i called to fullerton tele customer care executive her name was nishigandha, she was very indiscipline talking with me even not gave me proper informations& directly call disconnected from her said. Number which is i called from :[protected].

So people don't take any loans or any types of service from this company. They don't have any professionalism sense.,

Don't make your self respect or self credit low.

Before giving any loans or services their behaviour is such rud and nonsense,

After taking loans& services from thin, i don't know what kind of behaviour stage will be, can't believe what, 'll be there behaviour...
Thank to god that i have dropped off the plan to take loans and services from such worst organization..

India fullerton bank bhopal had given loan to my brother gopal vitore who resides in bhopal.
As he has recently lost a job and is not earning right now, he was not able to pay the installments. He visited the bank and conveyed the same thing and told them he would be paying it in small amounts but soon.
But the collection people are calling me continuously and harassing me and threatening me that they will be contacting my in laws and recover money. The loan is in my brother's name but i am the one who's getting calls. Also they called up my old neighbour and harassed her and her husband saying that i have taken the loan and given their number in reference. Whereas the loan is not in my name and also there is no connection between my neighbour and my brother's financial matters.
The collection people are also calling me and others from their personal mobile numbers and defaming me and my reputation amongst my friend and relatives.
I have also recorded their calls where they have mentioned the amount of loan my brother has taken.
On 14 sep 2017 we deposited 50000 rs to the loan account with a commitment to the bank that the rest 10000rs will be paid to the bank in oct 2017 but the collection department has again started calling me and started threatening that my friend's and relatives will be again contacted. I do understand if my brother has a loan going on his name, why are my close ones getting harrased?
I am recently in a severe medical condition and i am still recovering. But due the collection calls i am under stress and facing health issues.

As per rules they are not supposed to call me and harass me. Please look into the matter.

Fullerton india is one of the worst managed finance company, full of goons & recovery agents who damn care of law, who only follows one rule - by hook or crook recover; they threaten customers day n night;

I personally visited their delhi office in karol bagh many times for a solution, but the officials expressed only helpless, washing their hands all in the hands of operations beyond their control. One official even said our company shall recover even from the dead.. That is the truth and facts of the company.

Abusive & threatening language is their book of rule and they dont shy away from telling blatant lies, if confronted. There is little moral & human values in this company.

Some of the senior officials categorically said, there is no emotions or humanitarian feeling in the company when it comes to recovery of finance from their valued customer or their problems.

First they start a simple loan, then over the months, add top ups giving great promises by adding to your loan burden and emi. By the time one realizes after 2-3 years one back to one started.

I warn everyone to keep away from fullerton, they are worse than your neighborhood financier.

All honest but suffering customers should unite and fight together under one umbrella..
