Hi,

As Fullerton is charging high rate of interest (26% per annum), I approached other bank for balance transfer.

Hence I required precloser letter from Fullerton. I am calling to Fullerton customer care from last 4days, I requested them for precloser letter, They are saying that their forecloser department is busy. I have called them nearly 12times in last 4days, but still not issuing me Precloser letter.

They wantedly not issuing preclosing letters in order to provide difficulty to customers for transfer their loan balance.

I request every one, at any situation do not take loan from Fullerton.

It is a finance company, charging more than double the interest than normal banks.

Even this company charge high processing fee(5%) and preclosing charges (7%). Interest rate (24% to 30%).

This company dont have any ethics, Employees are arrogant, No proper Customer care. I request government should take strict actions against this kind of companies, And Save Poor and innocent constomers.

Please file a complaint against them with prime minister office and pmo. along with that also complain about them with rbi and banking ombudsman in writing it wont cost you more than 100 rupees but then you have to make them suffer if you want justice they are cheaters and theif people you can also email to various ministries of government of india and sifo about this farud compnay. i advise you to spoil the future of this compnay as it has spoiled your life. its not just you it is more than lakh people who have been cheated by this compnay in different differnet manner. they have given loans to some people at 28 to 40 % rate of interets by not following the norms of rbi. they are also spoiling cibil data of various people for their selfish ineterst, once your data is spoiled you wont be alble to get any loan so you should be like me and complain to ministry of corporate affairs, rbi, cbi, cbdt. do what you can do use email and post ways to spoil their lives too. let them face the music from all the sides. they cheated me by giving me loan at 30 % while they told me that loan will be given at 14 -15 percent they also did not reschedueld my loan instalments i have forwarded written complait to all govt department you too forward to all ministries. please do it. do not let thieves make you suffer. make them suffer enormous losses. it wont cost you more than few emails, your time and 100 -200 bucks but then you can make them suffer who are making innocent indian like me and you suffer.please join the cause do not cry or let any one make you cry

Sir, I have finance two wheeler from fullerton india co. Ltd in the year 2011 for 24 months from the executive name mr.mazid khan at Agra.company already taken 2 months advance Emi 2237+2237=4474. at the time of loan disburse, so i only 22 months emi are left for pay only.but recent account statment showing this i have to 25 months emi, which i am attaching in photo column. Sir this creating me as a poor creditbility or cibil defaulter person.Dear sir they never gave any kind of information about my last EMI which they said to be bounced. also shown me as a defaulter.So my cibil record is show very low;that's why i am unable to take a loan from any finance company.Sir kindly help me for this.I am attaching all my track record in this;I am in very much trouble.my loan Agreement no. is_[protected]

I got a call around 2.45pm on 8-9-2016, from a lady and when she asked me about a friends no., i asked for some information and that we havent taken load or a guarantor, and later told her that you cant force me to give you a personal no. of someone and I will share your information to him. After she started giving abusive words I cut the call.
She kept re-trying my no for some time.
Next think I know, she has called my wife and giving abusive and dirty words and saying the same thing over and over.

What kind of company is this, we haven't taken a loan or neither we are the guarantors, so how come they can threaten us like this.

I dont care what this company's policy or working is, but it doesnt give them the right to give abusive words and threaten us.

I would want to know how I can complain against this company and its representative.

I have taken loan from fullerton india from 11.02.2013 and i paid emi promptly after continues 10 months... Fullerton make to push top of loan and again continue paid emi promptly 10 months... Again they ask top of loan i said strictly no need top loan... And after some of months i have very loss of my business and i couldn't give emi for 8 moths due to heavy loss of business... After 8 months i joined one company... Fullerton agency contacted me giving mental torchure and settle amount immediately... I informed my situation take time... But they give only 3 days 1st instalment settle rs.50000 after you pay rs.50000 everymonth for 6 months forclose loan... I said no way settle this amount rightnow... But they didn't give time and same torchuring me... Pls advice how can i handle this as i am getting suffred this issue.

Thank you for sending the closure letter. But i regret to inform that my principal outstanding to you is 2, 36, 076/- only as per the amount i have re-checked in my accounts online and you have mentioned rs.2, 43, 680.76 why? How come the diffrence of rs. 7604/-. Also the pre-closure charges you have applied 7% is too high to afford. The money is not grown on trees, please understand. No other company charges so much to customers it's like killing the customer if he happened to come to you for a loan.

My total experience with you is been disgusting and i'm very upset to see your intention looting customers with no mercy, really disappointing. Do you know the rate of interest you have applied me on this loan? It's 23% can you belive it? No ecs for emi's you arranged and every month you charged me penel interests tuning to rs.13086/- in last 16 months for no reason or fault on my sides.

The customer service representative who talked to me regarding the closure was too rude the way to talk to a customer, i need to mention.

So please correct it appropriately and send the correct closure letter immediately to help me settle this today itself.

I was told the loan is on floating rate.

I have waited for 2 years to get the Interest rate reduce which never happened.

Contacted Fullerton about it. I do have a mail confirmation from them wherein they clearly mentioned it is in floating rate. When provided RBI reference about the floating rate loan foreclosure. They called me and denied saying the loan is on floating rather it is on fixed rate.

From past One month I was trying to foreclose the loan but they required request I'd which I got today after calling them approx 5 times last call went up to 30 minutes to get the request ID. I'd like to formally complain about the misleading information provided and still they informed me foreclosure charge will be 5% and 15% Interest rate

Hi please don't go with Fullerton in future. Your life will ruined out. Due to personal emergency I got loan from them. They said 22% interest. I agreed. After 1 year I m planning to close full settlement, I got a very big shock. Since I took for 4 lacs, and I paid 12+k as emi for 1 year. Still they ask me to pay 4.4 lacs as settlement. Interest rate is 32% given to me. We are from middle class family. Now don't know how to proceed. They ****ed our life.

For my sister higher studies i had applied personal loan from ficcl. One of the co's authorized person contacted me (Shiva-[protected]) and after the discussion he said i have eligibility of 150000- and for that i want to pay emi of rs.4500/- for 48 months. Based on his confirmation i also agreed to take the loan from ficcl.
After few days he got the signature from me on the blank documents and within 25 days i got the credit of rs.142568/- in my account. But surprisingly i got the sms from ficcl, the emi amount is rs.6435/-.
After receiving the sms i contacted mr. Shiva, he ask me to contact mr. Riyaz. Then i called mr. Riyaz, he ask me to come to their jai nagar branch and then i personally went to your jai nagar branch and i try to meet mr. Riyaz ([protected]) but he didn't meet me after waiting 5hrs. Now clearly i understand that your representative cheated me knowingly by sharing wrong information.
I did not pay any instalments from last 5 months. I was trying to get the matter settled at the lower rate of interest and then could pay the emi as decided. Now the company has not taken any action to help me, instead has appointed a lawyer to harress and abuse me. The money borrowed has been utilised and i want to pay at the agreed emi of 4500 for 48 months.

I was taken business loan from fullerton india and that time commit to me at 2 % processing charge and then collect 3.5 % charge from me and then i went office of fullerton india but there is nobody ready to listen my problem and calling abusing world and miss behaviour to me. and when i tense from that and decide to foreclose this loan and i went office of fullerton india and they not ready to close my loan . and i was called on customer care then they are said 7 % charge will apply to closed that loan otherwise you cant closed .
which kind of process it is to customer robbery.

I made the payment for my loan acct. [protected] on 13/04/2016 but till now i haven't received my noc letter and when contacted customer care and collection team representative ali who visited our house he said to visit branch.. They are harassing us.. And customer care gets disconnected automatically.. Their mission is to harass your customer to the extent that they give up.. And don't ask for anything.. All efforts in vain.....

I Deelip D had applied for personal loan in couple of banks it got rejected due to low cibil score same thing happened at fullerton also but they said if this loan is urgent we can help, i asked how my cibil is low how can you approve they said if you pay 5000 cash then we can approve but if you get a call from head office tell them that loan approved without charging any cost. This is how it happened i am from a lower middleclass family i lost my job so i coudnt pay emi for 2months the collection agency people are coming to home & harrasing i would request to give me 2months time ill again start repaying the emi. Please help me on this as i am a thalesemia major patient.

I am ankit jain, writing on behalf of my father mr. Pradeep kumar jain in reference to " loan account# [protected]" which was already closed in year 2010. As was not able to pay on account due to some financial problem. Bank agents offered settlement which was accepted on 25/may/2010. At fullerton branch bhopal.


And said according to bank policy the noc letter is send by courier at your home address within a month, and all cheques will be cancelled which are setup towards account. As noc letter was not received my father keep visiting at branch till 4 months but the response was so pathetic all the time by the bhopal, branch they always say we don't handle this matter anymore and you will receive noc at your home address it is handled by head office branch located at mumbai. And here is my question when all the answer related to loan is answered by your mumbai branch then why you provide loan at your bhopal branch.

When bank agents commit all cheques will be disposed than how come after 6 years bank is applying cheque towards account which are setup ecs.

It's going to be 6 years, still have not received noc. And no contact from your bank end, in correspondence through call, sms, or letter.


Now bank has lined up cheque which i gave while taking loan towards my account without any prior notice i have got charged for it due to non sufficient fund in my account. As it was ecs cheque was not able to stop it.
Due to which have charged around 600rs on my account.

When again visited at your bhopal branch as wanted to clarify my query against the cheque which you applied prior to notice, but still no co-operation from your bank agents. Still the same answer contact mumbai branch we do not this type of cases now.


Pfa is the settlement letter, cash deposit slip, and bank statement.

After speaking with bank on 22nd feb bank asked to send all the settlement proof and said will reply within 4 days, had forward them all the proofs on 26th feb and got their mail on 14th march (Which is unacceptable) they look into the request the settlement was part settled due to which case got reopened than why the false statement from bank agents was given account will be settled in intotal and in between no conversation or messages from the bank related to loan. Or which they will apply cheque towards the loan.

They directly applied cheques towards the account. Bank has added new point which is part settlement.

Then why bank agents and bank is misguiding their customer by offering settlement and in letter they are adding a point as part settlement.

I had taken a loan from this fraud thief and sham company. This company wants me to commit suicide. They had given me a loan at 30 - 31 % percent by duping me first, they told me that we will give you loan at 16 % but now when i asked for my loan papers it came to my knowledge that they have made two set of papers to be signed from me, one where 16 % was written & other were nothing was written, later on they got both the loan applications signed from me by befooling me & then discarded actual paper & calculations, they told me that my loan would be for three years at the time of getting papers signed but now it came to my notice that they changed the papers altogether & had sanctioned me loan for five years. They are fraud people never take loan from this company. The family members of this co director management & fraud employees will suffer & they will also shed blood tears as they have made me & others shed tears. I might commit suicide soon due to this fraud company. It came to my notice that this company is involved in such sham practicing and defrauds with borrowers since its inceptions & lot of people have suffered at its hands, day is not far god is watching you all, you will be punished. Never forget one day everyone has to leave this world empty handed you & your management also wont be taking anything with them except punishments, god will punish you soon for you bad deeds you all will suffer hell. Dear sir, i would like to tell you that this company is not following rbi norms while alloting norms, this company is givings loan to borrowers at 29 % to 36 % rate of interest, if you do not believe you can call all data and their loan account statements of borrowers, this company tell to clients that i will give you loan at 16 - 17 % percent but on papers it calculates and writes some thing different, later on it says that rate of interest that was told to you was fixed 17 % which comes out to 29 percent on reducing calculations, they first identify people who need loans then deceit them but telling differnet rate of interest and calulations for this, they have defrauded more than lakh clients and you can see how fraud this company is by checking the number of complaints you have on your website, if you will put and rti you will find that after taking loans from fullerton india few people have also commited suicide because this company is fraud, even if the loan is paid this company ensures that loan status shows overdue by applying wrong charges which never exist and excruciates customers. please it is my request to all borrower and those who have suffered at the hands of this fraud company where it has overcharged interest to you to write to rbi, mca and government of india so that these people can get what they have given to society, they should be punsihed do not suffers take action against fullerton fraud company, they might destroy you knowingly by taking full payments and leving undue charges and also entering wrong data in cibil but do not stop take action. please do not take loans from fullerton india and if you have taken and you have been given loan at high rate of interest for more number of years than what was told to you tell the people of india who are your brothers to do not get into the hands of this fruad company. this company and its employees will suffers soon, jaise inhone khoon piya ha bharat k gareeb logo ko dhoka deke, inke bachee biwi, parivar walon ka bhi k sath bhi aisa hi ho, please do not take loan from this company. file complaint with pmo, mca rbi against this company. if you have suffered then tell me your complaint i will approach rbi so that this company gets punishment, mail me at dr.[protected]@rediffmail.com
