Dear concern, This is regards to the complaint case of personal loan which I took from Fullerton India in April 2012 with the top most higher interest rate of 24%. My concern is, I paid emis regularly when I was working till march 2014 after that I lost my job and the same time I inform Fullerton India about this. However I had managed to pay emi every month till Nov 2014. I took loan of 80000 on which Fullerton charged 80000 interest. As on date total amount paid by me is around 130000 approx. But Fullerton is asking to pay another 38000 which is not possible me to pay because I am jobless since march 2014 and I have no money at all to pay any further emis. If you see Fullerton India has received their principal amount which is 80000 and what they are asking to pay is only interest. At time of taking loan I was not aware that 24 % is much higher rate in the industry and I should not take it. On the basis of current situation they would have settled my loan. But they are not doing so and keep sending the person at my home. I request you to please intervene in the case. Details and mails attached. But regretfully to say that your system is not still updated now and showing some pending. Which makes me quite confronted me regarding your team. My Name is Joginder Kumar. I bought a new HERO SPLENDOR PLUS bike from Yuva Motors Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad as on 10th June 2015. I financed this bike from Fullerton India Ltd. with 24 monthly ECS. I have paid my last and final EMI as on 3rd July 2015. But still they are not providing me the NOC again my Two Wheeler Loan A/c No. [protected]. I called in Fullerton India Ltd. customer care executive a lots of time but they are advising me to go to the nearest branch of Fullerton India Ltd. and after paying 285/- I can get NOC against my Loan. But my question is this. If they did their job properly and provide me the NOC. Then why i need to go to the nearest branch of their Co. And why I should pay 285/- I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Hello, Recently i and my family is receiving calls from some recovery agent named Shabir shiek [protected]. He is using abusive language and also calling my colleagues and neighbours where i stay. The loan was taken By my father-in Law without intimating my mother in law and my husband.The garuntor for this loan sanctioned is someone else. We are no where related to this matter sas we do not hold any relation with my Father in Law. This is totally unethical to call neighbours at anytime. Could you please take action on it? This is totally harassment since we have been tortured by the phone calls.

I taken loan this company. my loan no is [protected] .I pay emi every month, But this cheap fullerton company is charged late payment and penalty. they are saying my emi is bounce. I have suffiecent balance that day and My bank statment is not showing any bouncing .but this company is saying my emi is bounced.I have see the statement . but this was popular company for fraud. Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Manish and I have a Personal credit of Rs.3, 69, 420.00 which is currently active –Credit no: [protected]. At the time of Disbursement I have been told that the Rate of Interest will be 15.50% on reducing balance (Which I rejected because of high interest rate). Then your Executive made the final disbursement on 13.75% which I was ready to take with however not aware it was way to high.(In Flat rate) After one month of disbursement of credit I received the Credit Agreement copy & Repayment schedule letter through courier I have realized that actually you are charging 23.50% per annum on reducing balance basis which is too high(PFA). I don’t think any other financial institutes are charging such high ROI. And the pre payment charges of the credit were also misguided which I asked to pay 7%(percent). I would like to foreclose this credit account with your consent and require an appropriate interest waiver for the same.I contacted to the customer support, they asked me to pay Rs.3, 65, 000.00 only(After paying Rs.11, 942 * 8 months which is Approx Rs. 96, 000.00 ) as well as been to Thane branch office twice however not getting any proper response . It's been over Two month now already took a PL from another bank to foreclose this credit account, Now I am paying for both credits at one time . I applied for a personal credit through this company and same was approved.I received a call from Rep Name Aarti([protected]) and she asked me to submit 3 checks duly signed, 2 blank and one cancelled.I submitted checks to guy named Sumit([protected]).Next day one check got cashed for 10000 Rs and from that time I am calling this lady and she is not responding. I have already lodged an police complaint against them and this company because they sold my details. Please do not go for this company. They are pure frauds.

[protected] Name: Mohd Asif Even though this payment made already, Again, there were, Second time, Fullerton deducted EMI on 8th june 2015 from my SBI account. Kindly request you to take necessary action to return this payment immediately.

mr devapriya chakravarthy sales manager lower parel branch [protected] fullerton and mr rohan mishra [protected] were the agents who had done sanctioning of loan from fullerton for 4 lakhs rupees these people had taken Rs. 40000 /- from me as they said that they would give me the loan and clearance had to be made from top bosses so they have to be given this money for sanction of loan so i had to unwillingly give them this money and they said the EMI for this loan will be not more the Rs. 11500/- as I said them that I cant pay more than this amount they took signature on blank paper as they assured me this EMI will be less but when i saw the EMI it was Rs. 13987/- which I could not afford they said that they will speak to their higher up and less the amount but now they are not calling me up nor receiving my call. I told these people that i do not want insurance as i have ample of insurance which i am not paying these people on their own removed the icici lombard insurance policy and sent it to my residence after that I called them up and told them about the insurance policy they said that they will lookin to the matter cancel the policy and return me back the money amount Rs. 12500/- these people took that amount also as i said that return me that amount these two people are not returing my amount as they have done a fraud with me this message i would be sending to icici lombard. As I will lodge a police complaint against these two people. One thing I have to tell fulletron top bosses is this financial firm made only to fool people and take away their money and do fraud are the worker not paid well as they fool the customers who are in need on loan. Cant i get any jusitce from the management of fullerton as they are also likely to be like their employees. A humble request sir please do look in to my matter as I am in need of money.

When from Mumbai head office they call to me to pay the settlement money 50000/- in two.month, I pay that money, they say that after completing of 50000 / they can give me NOC.but after I pay they didn't receive my phone & also didn't give my NOC.the fully signed mail I take before paying.Also I have take the payment slip.plz.help me sir

Dear Friends at Fullerton, May name is Nabil Singh, and I had two loan accounts with your company: [protected] - Personal Loan, Amount - 50, 000, Dated:[protected] [protected] - Loan for Motorcycle, Amount - 42500, Dated :[protected] I have regulary paid my installments for these accounts either through my bank or through direct cash collection by your agent. Today when I applied for a car loan, which was rejected, on further inquiry I learned that my CIBIL rating shows both of these accounts having due and written off by the company. Today on[protected], I visited your branch in Gwalior and inquired about this discrepancy, your branch manager was not able to provide me with any information He was also not able to explain to me as to why was I not informed about these dues (if any) and how can the company write-off the loan, or settle a loan (Rs.1513 and Rs.2687 respectively), without informing the client. I have no written communication in this regard. The Branch Manager went to the extent of saying that following up with clients is not companies responsibility and clients should follow up with the company. In this situation my CIBIL rating has been badly affected and I am not able to apply for a loan, no bank is considering my case. I have raised a dispute with CIBIL vide Dispute ID - D[protected] for keeping me in dark and taking financial decisions on my account without my consent and providing information to me. This mail is to seek your guidance on how will this issue be resolved and my CIBIL rating be back to normal again. The rate of interest they promised at the time of issuing the loan is not the same after getting it. It was told the rate of interest is between 24% and now after inquiring with CC they told its 37.%. If this the case then why not to go any any of the Personal loan with other banks which I am sure it is lesser then 37.%. Not all happy with this. zero rating!

I am an existing customer of Fullerton India credit company Pvt Ltd. I took the loan (loan A/c no. - [protected]) in month of December 2014. I got the loan from Fullerton Company through one of the agent named (Dinesh). After discussing the whole matter regarding loan in detail, he agreed to provide me a loan of one lac at a rate of interest of 24 %. He even told that if I will repay this whole amount properly, then he will be giving some offer of low interest from the next time. Then he made me to sign on the unfilled form and unfilled agreement paper assuring me that he is going to fill the form as per discussion made between us. He even told that I will be getting welcome kit within two weeks after the sanction of the loan amount but I didn't get. Now when I started paying the EMI, then I came to know the hidden truth that they are taking the EMI from me at unbelievable high rate of interest of 36 %. I got shocked. Can I know the reasons how those people dare to cheat me like this? I am a widow and I am getting very low pension. My children are still studying. My daughter is still unmarried. Then also these fraud people cheated me very badly.I want to know the rules and regulations made by RBI to control the activities of these non banking finance companies. Can I know the maximum rate of interest specified by RBI for personal loan from non banking finance companies like fullerton? After paying my four emi on time, I was unable to pay emi on time in month of May, 2015. When they enquired me about this, I politely requested them that I will be surely paying the emi with penal interest after three weeks and I also paid my bounce emi with the penal interest as per demand by the manager of fullerton company. But within these days of three weeks, they tortured me like any thing. They behaved like criminals. They (a person named Bharat Pandey) even visited my home and harassed mentally to me and my daughter very badly for long hours. I requested many times not to keep on shouting but he don’t listen to me and continue to threatening me. Everyday they used to ring me and talk in rough behavior. When son who came after some time requested fullerton agent that not to shout and told him to talk in a polite manner, then he started fighting with him. May I know whether such power and rights are given to these non banking finance companies to treat with their customers. How can I seek help if they continue to harass me like this ? To whom can I approach where I can get justice? Please help me regarding this matter. I am feeling alone and helpless. How ever I am having a full hope from your organisations. Truly saying I am incapable of paying monthly EMI at high rate of interest of 36%, no matter for that I will have to take help from higher authorities or organisations. We applied business loan from Fullerton India chandigarh in the month of March2015. Commitment from Fullerton 40 L @ 17.50% for 36M without processing fee Installment date 10th Every month. We applied loan payment dispersed by Fullerton after one month we got the agreement 30L @ 18% for 36M processing @ 1% instalment 4th of every month.
