I really had a bad experience with Fullerton. I took a personal loan from them and the tenure is going to complete by July 2014. I planned to pre close the loan and with money in my hand, I went to Lalbagh branch in Bangalore, they checked my account & told its not possible to do it here and sent me to Jayanagar, as its on Saturday and its half day I couldnt go there. I went on Monday, they told me it cant be done here as I have some EMI dues and asked me to go to Lalbagh branch. When I called them they took my account and told me that they will check and call me back. I called them more than 5 times but proper response. I raised a complaint through customer care, they said that I will get a call back within 2 or 3 working day, but no response till now even though I mailed them to [protected]@fullertonindia.com. The main reason of pre closure is my CIBIL score is down due to their irresponsibility and no proper guidance, I had more than 10 check bounce due to them. Im not getting any loans now. I called them so many times but no one guided me correctly, after that I was unable to fight with them due to change in my job to different places. Executives from Fulletron didnt call me regularly before EMI date every month to collect money. I request never take any loan from them even though they give you when no one is helping. During applying a loan they will be very friendly after that you will suffer with them for your entire life.

    Dear Sir, I want to make a complaint against Fullerton India Credit. I was very thankful as when I was looking for funds and Fullerton Was the one who helped me. Every month my ECS was deducted from My union bank account on every 3ed of every month. While the time of PL Loan Fullerton did one insurance which was to save customer? I case of any problem happens while repaying it. On 2ed May 2013 i meet an accident Due to that my left Leg 3 ligaments damaged. I was in private Job and since past 4 years was working for company Wings Brand Activation pvt ltd as Branch Head Jaipur (Rajasthan)(Brand Events, Promotions(School contact Programs, Road shows etc...)), I was the single earning person at my home. Due to my accident is was not able to do my work properly and on 1st Oct 2013 I resigned from Wings Brand activation as they were not paid me any salary since Aug 2013. Somehow i managed my Emi (My Home loan Rs.10335/-, PL – Rs.2865/-, my office rent Rs.8000/- pm) till Sep 2013, but after Sep 2013 things become difficult for me. As i was the single earning person taking bed rest was not possible and just because of that my Leg problem remains same as it needs to be operated and minimum expense of 2 lkh and complete bed rest of 2 to 3 month. When i checked my insurance paper which was done by Fullerton I was happy because there was a condition of LOJ( loss of Job) 3 emi will be paid by the them. So I emailed Fullerton help line with my all details given blow Cust ID:3671170 Name- Vikas Sharma, Lan [protected]. PLoan Amount:68, 250/- They replied saying that yes your Loan have insurance so contact over person they will help you. I was happy to see revert but due to my leg problem i reverted and asked them to send somebody from their office to collect needful doc. They never reverted and I thought that they have informed there people. In Sep 2013 my bank account was not having funds(PL ecs come ever 3ed ) and the PL ECS bounced. I was not expecting this to happen. 22ed Oct one person came and said sir your ECS is bouncing for last 2 months and you have to make payment by tomorrow. I informed him that i have no issue in paying amount but I asked him to take a copy of the insurance. He said he will forward it and i don’t need to worry about this. So on 23ed and 24th Oct both month amount was paid by me. Nothing happen in Nov they deducted ECS and again in Dec they deducted ecs as i put some funds in my account. In Jan, feb and March 2014 there was no amount in my account all 2 ECS bounced on 25th March 2014 one Manager (Naveen Sharma mob [protected])of Fullerton came to my place and said if you don’t pay now then You will be in trouble but when i informed in regards to the issue he said sir your EMI is just 2865/- for PL for 3 month it will be around 9 thousand its not to huge amount also no body Submitted that insurance doc and 6 months hve passed away now you can’t clam Insurance . He said take ur time but pay one emi by 31st. March or your civil Profile will be affected and then nobody can help you. In April I will Help you to resolve your problem on this behalf I arranged 2865/-(collected by Pradeep Sharma mob [protected] ) amount. In April no body contacted and on 24th May one different guy(Rakesh Gupta mob [protected]) came and said sir ur 3 emi bounced for the month of feb, mar, april . He placed a call to his senior who said Sir you have to make payment when i informed about that Manager who came and meet me He said your case is in 4th bucket and that manager is for 2ed bucket so he can’t help you. Just after the call the guy who came to my place said sir we have bucket system and for every bucket we have one manager. Same time i placed a call to Mr Pradeep Gupta as Naveen Sharma was no taking call, I informed him the issue he said last month i have been to my training and that why i was not able to help you but for now you pay the amount and i will come to you in day or two and resolve your problem. Till date no body contacted for a single time. Sir these people have done a mantel Harassment which is not expected. The have to compensate what they have done with me I want them to pay Rs.2 lkh as relief for Me and a Proper action against Fullerton because there will be loot other people facing same Issue like me. When you have Money that time we don’t value but when we don’t have enough Money that Time arranging a single rupee becomes very difficult but then also a person willing to do as Per the old commitment but then also such issue is created is not expectable and forgivable.     On 05/07/2014 at 03:01:56 I got a call from Mr. Pradeep (This
    number[protected] to my Ln no[protected] call duration was
    00:15:26. He was the person who collected March EMI from me and before
    him his manager came to my place.
    Mr. Pradeep said vikas ji what is the issue and why you have not
    called us before sending such complaint. Your complaint has come to me
    and I'm relay sorry that I was not able to attend you because in last
    2 month my Father and then one another relative passed away.
    Now tell me what i can do for you.
    II told him now i have made complain and let Fullerton reply to it.
    When Will they take action?
    Is there any body who can help me.
    When you expect something from any body as i was expecting from this web site.

    To be very true there is no way left for me to rather then kill my family(me, my daughter, My wife and the expected child as my wife is pregnant ) then only i can get rid from this.

    I will be responsible If any thing happen to me and my family, because I was expecting help.
    god please help me. I want some one to come in and helpme
    I'm still waiting for help but It look like that there is no effect happen to Fullerton.
    Since past months they stooped communication thinking that If they stop following
    for 3 - 4 month. And just after they will start harassing and this time customer can't
    get help from any body can help him.

    These people misjudged me I will never let them go this way.

    Now I will be filing a RTI to know answers to my questions.

    Do Corporate Finance company's have value to there Mooney ?
    Who will tell value to a mango people Money?

        I have taken a personal loan from this company and at that time the told it is 18% . They Deposited an amount of RS.86, 412/- on october 14th 2013 and I am paying an EMI of Rs 4510 for the last 9 months total paid Rs.40, 590/- When I enquired for closing the loan they told I have to pay Rs.89000/- which includes early payment fee. Went to their office for getting the statement . Now they are saying it is 24% interest and it is total Rs2, 20, 000 is the re-payment coming to . Please check this matter seriously . At the time of loan they have taken so many documents signed that we will not be able to finish reading.

                Dear sir, I Have taken 50k loan from fullerton india and I have made 42, 000 payment till now, and the company is showing due of 34000 till now, and I wants to settle my loan for 15000/- collection executive told me that after u r payment u r name will be removed from cibil after 1 month, is it true I wants to know, I am not ready to believe collection team, kindly guide me on this regard. fullerton a worst company which i have not seen before. Settlement letter will help me or not, if i want to apply for new banking job the settlement letter is valid or not... kindly let me know...

                  I am Manajit Das and has complaint against FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LIMITED.

                  I have 2 accounts with FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LIMITED.

                  Mentioned are the accounts along with the issue:

                  1. [protected] – the last EMI for the said account was debited on 5th April 2012. I was under assumption that the account is closed, however today when I call the Customer Care to my surprise they inform the account is active and there is an outstanding of 1013. No information till date and unnecessary account being maintained.
                  2. [protected] –
                  a. Issues:
                  i. The interest rate charged in the account is too high. For a principal of 260, 323.78 the institute is collecting interest of 160, 325.22, tenure being 4 years. If we calculate the interest is coming to around 16% flat per annum. The interest rate is much higher than the permitted rate.
                  ii. I was informed that the forclosure charges are 5% if closed before 12 months and 3% post one year. Now when I wish to close it after one year they are demanding for 7% as charges, claiming that the process is changed and now if the loan is closed before 18 months client is liable to pay 7% on the outstanding.

                  Please intervene and help:
                  • Too high interest rate collected from clients,
                  • Organization is looting client money.
                  • Rules changed without intimation.
                  • No proper service from the customer care.
                  • The interest component is collected in advance where the initial EMIS have more component of Interest compared to the Principal. Which is not the case with other NBFC’s or Banks. I have loans from other organizations but they are not practicing such looting policies.
                  • Please enquire with the organization and save many lives – people who are in such traps and might not have highlighted such issues.

                    My name is Prathap Samuel. I had availed a loan for 2, 30, 000 from Fullerton India (account number: [protected]) in November 2012. I was starting to make payments when the unthinkable happened. I lost my job in January 2013. I am yet to find suitable placement however I have made payments (though delayed). It was a vicious cycle. I had to look for people to borrow from, pay the loan EMI and then pay off the people with some part time employment that I was able to find.

                    I've had good interactions in the past with Mr. Jyothi Prasad (Collection Agent), Mr Sudarshan (Area Manager for Collections) and a few callers who were understanding and courteous. I have missed 2 EMIs in the past and made payments together twice before. I somehow make these payments despite the enormous hardship.

                    As it always is, December turned out to me a no-work month. November was not better either. Only 3 days work. This put a spanner into the works as I have already exhausted all my sources for borrowing. I was unable to get more money from people to whom I already owed.

                    So now I was unable to pay December 13 and January 14 (Emi date 4th) so far. I am still trying my best to make this payment by the 15th of January. However I have a caller today who said that she didn't care what my situation was and that she wanted one payment by the 10th at least. I told her that I would do that if I am able to come up with the money. That's when she starts threatening with sending people to the house. Her exact words (Best possible translation from Tamil), "I will be sending people to your house. Deal with them".

                    I really find it hard to figure out this sort of threat. I am not due to be at the house tomorrow. Does this mean my family will be threatened by unsavory characters from tomorrow? I applied for the insurance cover that Fullerton India made part of my loan in Feb 2013. They have yet to respond to my communication. And the lady today insists that there is "no such clause" in the loan agreement! So what is going on? Did I pay additionally for something that never existed? What else can I expect from Fullerton next? Filmy style goons pushing around people at home?

                    I am not against paying my dues. I only want some understanding from Fullerton India during my bad times. Is it too much to ask for? Can someone suggest something?

                    Fullerton sucks dude.. Even if you pay your dues on time, trust me you will end up paying some or the other fine. They are No1 FRAUD COMPANY

                      Hi! My name is Dedeepya from Hyderabad. I am an existing customer of yours. I have a loan account with Fullerton. Loan account number is[protected]. Six months ago due to severe personal and family problems I could not pay couple of EMI's. I gave birth to a baby and things dint work well for me. I eventually could not pay few EMI's. I apologize for that. However, I gained back my job for the sole reason of paying your loan and to take care of my baby. My concern is recently I have been getting calls from one of you collection agent by name Krishna Kanth. He is harrassing me in such a way that I almost though of committing suicide. Can any one of your big heads sitting in the corporate offices answer the agony and pain I have undergone because of him? He says if you do not repay the loan I may have to bring lot of people to your house. What does he mean by that? Is he threatening me and my old mother that he will bring rowdies in to my house? If that so Sir, then I may have to lodge a complain tomorrow morning at my nearest police station. Seriously! I am not just looking at this call as a general customer service call for repayment. I see this as serious threat to me and my family and my little baby. How can an employee of an organization like Fullerton speak like that. Kindly let me know if you are going to make me sue you like how ICICI's customers has done and lead through a penality of 25 lakhs to RBI due to banking violations. Yours is a financial institution or a mortgage company.or whatever I dont care. But I am threatened by one of your employee. You know what he said to me...when I said I shall report to your higher authorities and lodge a police station...he said.."Do it! I am not going to stop you !" I am seriously hurt and my emotional balance could not take his words. So hard to believe that I had to go to a police station for a case of this sort. I am not gonna compromise. I shall report this to our relative who has been a retired DSP who lives in Punjagutta Officer's colony. I shall see what I can do. I dont care who ever is reading this..but I need one of your higher level be it AVP Sales or AVP Customer Serivice or even the ombudsmen (if you have one) talk to me at the number above. Its my relative's number who shall handle this matter at police station and court if necessary. Thank you.

                        Hi, I paid off my Two-wheeler loan last month and requested for NOC from the company. Worst thing is Bank representative did not process the request to close the loan after receiving the full payment. I came to know this when I called for the NOC at their contact center. One of the Customer service manager forwarded a request for the closure of the loan and assured me it will be resolved soon. Fortunately they resolved it after many days and I received a confirmation by email. So I contacted them on 12/11 again for the NOC and Customer care representative promised me that he raised a request for it. Fortunately I called again just to the status of the NOC and another representative informed that there's no request for the NOC which was really surprising or shocking I don't know what should I say. I asked her to connect me with her manager and manager first told me that there's no request in processing and then placed my call on hold and came back after 5 minutes and provided me information that a request for the NOC is in processing. day before yesterday I called again to check and I don't trust them and I had a word with another representative and again I got this heart breaking news that there's no request for the NOC. I requested to transfer the call to manager more than 15 times and every time they disconnected my calls. Finally one representative promised that he will be arranging a call from the manager within couple of hours but unfortunately I didn't receive any call. Yesterday I called again and had a word with another manager and requested more then 100 times to transfer the call and connect me with the higher authorized person (operations manager). She was keep on saying manager is not available and asked me to call tomorrow between 11 to 8. I asked her as I am calling before 8:00 why can't you transfer the call to your manager. She did not transfer the call to manager and didn't provide the reason why she can't transfer the call. I have spoiled many of my hours and strength.                           To Whomever it concerned Loan Account: [protected] Name: Vijayraj Sharma JK I have applied for loan on March 2012 and closed the same by 25th April 2012. BY default the first EMI amount was deducted from my account, which later informed that it will be refunded without delay. Unfortunately, it is more than 2 years and the amount has not been refunded. I made several query to call center but no proper response. Hence writing mail to you
                          the customer care of fulletron india informed that they will look into this detials and revert in weeks time.

                            I have been making my payments on time for last 21 months.
                            Unfortunately I have lost my job from last 4 months still I hv been trying to manage funds and pay Fullerton emi..but in mnth of August and sept2013 im unable to make payment.so I started reciving collection calls .
                            I informed them that as im im unemplyed from past 4 months that why im unable payment however I will make my payment as soon as I get a job, they sd k .
                            But then they started sending collection guys at my ghatkopars addres and they are asking my mom to make payments and they are being very rude to my mom they are literally harrasing my mom by shouting loudly at my doors, and this hw they are trying to threaten my mom by creating caeos outside my house and I dont appreciate this kind of behaviour wid customers family.bcuz of this kind of repetative harrasment my mom has fallen severly sick .she is already patient of blood pressure , diabetes, she has spondylitis problem and she has fallen severy sick withvthis hypertension.today 13th September I got msg from num[protected] that " wa wa number save kela chan mag aata Ghatkopar chya address var visit karu ?..so this how nw they started threating me that if I dont pay then they will go at my home and they will harrasss my mom.
                            So now im very much frustated with this harrasment from sachin mankar from Fullerton so now I want to file a case of mental harrasment and family harrassment againt sachin mankar and fullerton india please contact me on my number [protected] or you can mail me on [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    Consumer id: 3068989 Loan Acc # [protected] i Had got the loan from Fullerton india for two wheeler, please see the attach file for the loan contract, due to some financial problems i had missed couple of EMI, however i had paid the loan amt with penalty fees, My last emi was on 05/08/2013 i called the customer care they said to call after 25days & ask for Noc which i did today & i cam to knw i have to pay RS.668/- as Penalty for missing the EMI, I really dnt knw when i had paid the Money when i had Defaulted i had paid them with penalty & now they asking me to pay more to get me NOC, I told them i cannot pay them more as per the contract i shouldnt pay them after my Last EMI, they customer Care rep told to visit the Branch, bloody hell whenever i call the customer care, i havent got a Reply or my queries has been answered over the phone, & the branch people are hopeless good for nothing, i went there to check for my Noc one of the workers over there told me the person who provides NOC is not availble as he is on leaves i said ok when he will come back he said i will ask him to call you, he took my number till date i havent heard from them, i work in customer care i am aware what is after sales service & Ownership / follow up.... I work 6days a wk, business hours i cannot go everytime to resolve my problems with a company who is so incompatible to provide after sales service i asked the rep to trf the call to Suphe made me wait for 5-6mins & said due to tech problems cannot connect the call i doubt they just avoid calls & take their salary without doin any work.... i am not goin to pay Rs.668/- for no reason, please revert ASAP with a Resolution & if theres a Direct debit on my acc on 05/09/2013 i will file a Suit against u guys... This is the worst treatment i have ever got from a Company....

They inform us after one and half year that we have some pending amount of INR - 4750 to recieve our No dues letter.
